not only have they been unhelpful, im also out of pocket £607.49 and no closer to an iPhone
I think the problem may be as much Yodel as CPW .. I had this exact message with a yodel order a couple of months ago as yodel had 'lost' the item! .. In the end the only thing the company sending the item could do was send out a new one!!
Hope you can get it sorted soon! .. sooooooo frustrating!!!
