Maybe I wasn't being clear enough, I meant she got her 16GB Black iPhone 5 on contract from Orange - My bad. My brain was fried at work!
As I don't want to be a mug for 24 months I'm going to buy the phone and get a cheap rolling contract. Somebody posted on another board that Virgin do a great deal on a Sim only tariff which is through T-Mobile.
Can anybody confirm this, as I wouldn't mind their LTE coverage.
Edit - They don't do Nano Sims. Damn!
I wouldn't worry about the nano sim, it's absolutely simple to cut a micro sim down, I'm running a cut down T-Mobile sim from launch day, and have experimented with every size and shape micro sim since. Haven't had a single one not work.
Would add though, 3 have some excellent 30 day rolling plans with unlimited data from around £12.
Just read your link, be aware, Virgin don't actually offer unlimited Internet, there "unlimited" has a 1GB limit.
The Virgin small print
http://www.virginmobile.comUnlimited mobile internet is subject to a fair use allowance of 1GB per month. If your usage exceeds this amount then we reserve the right to charge you for the excessive element of your usage at the daily rate for your tariff outlined in our Tariff Table.
