I paid by credit card and it removed the facility to edit my order once it went to 'Prepare for shipping' so I'm guessing that's when I got charged. Will have to check my statement.Date/Time

Syncreon is the logistics company Apple use to process their orders, it's a central hub. Syncreon are not the courier company, you'd have to check back in the thread to find who Apple are using. My iPad 3 and iPhone 4S both came with TNT, but it may not be the same this time.

I picked up my reservation at Braehead Glasgow this evening - been putting in a couple every day for a week or so and got this one. 32GB White SIM free. Seems fine at first inspection. Better than my launch day black 16GB one. This is a week 38 build.

Well if we get reservations open tomorrow I'm struggling to think of uk apple stores I AONT be prepared to goto. Maybe Exeter... Or Scotland. That's about it.
i pre-ordered Lightning to 30-pin Adapter on the first day but still it says OCT....anyone here received his or found any in stores?
No, I've asked in a few stores in London and the North East, the 30 pin is still "October" with no more details.
Not sure what to do later, option 1 buy 64gb SIM Free from Carphone Warehouse which is in stock in London Victoria, or go to all Apple stores in London and search for either colour varient of 32 and 16gb's SIM Free. Well not all Apple Stores but covent and Regent Street :S.

Hi guys,
Ive been viewing this thread for the last few days now, joined up today to post a reply.
I also placed my order on the 14th of September with a expected delivery date of 2nd 8th October. My Apple store app has been offline for the last few hours, saying they are updating the apple store.
However I called the customer service team last night, to change the delivery address as it wouldnt allow me to online. The nice lady I spoke to confirmed that my order was still to be with me by the 8th of October and that there were no delays with this shipment, she also said that I would receive an email with full details of when my iPhone would be coming very soon. The nice Apple lady did sound very confident, I have every hope I get my iPhone 5 on Monday!!
I agree with many of you, this has been an absolute joke, I placed my order as soon as I could on the 14th, expecting delivery on the 21st of September! But I still dont have my iPhone and many others have managed to get one from other phone companies, slightly annoying!!
Hope you all get your phones ASAP!!

It's a shame the courier companies don't deliver on the weekend or I would be quite confident of a Saturday delivery

Courier companies DO deliver on Saturday...it's just Apple that doesn't pay the companies enough to ensure our deliveries on Saturdays

Did she let you change your address? I'm going to stay with relatives next week so might try and get it delivered there.
