AnyOne else get "Something went wrong with your request, please try again later" when you go to check your order status? Last time I got in it said it was processing

I've had this for most of the day, even the app isn't working

From what I understand, due to orange/t-mobiles problems this morning, everyone is being told up to 30 days whilst things get sorted. Also makes me wonder if they don't know how many devices they will get for the launch.

I had a nightmare with it today as I spoke to someone at 8.20 who took down the model, colour and plan I wanted as part of my upgrade and said I'd be called back when systems were back up and running, I never received that call. I managed to order online when the store appeared to be back working about 10ish. Money taken.

I got a text and email saying it'll be delivered 17/09!! Spoke to CS and they said that's an error and they are telling everyone that its up to 30 days and won't guarantee it'll arrive on launch and to wait for further email to confirm date.

Speed test on 3 got 6.66Mbps, not too far off 4GEE eh!

I get speeds of around 5.5-6Mbps on Three where I live, so i;m very happy with my service (quicker than my broadband). Strangely enough, I was in central London last month for a few days and I got really bad data speeds, usually less than 1Mbps. Thought it was really odd!

One of my housemates thinks he can blag a FREE iPhone 5 on a £35 p/m contract from Three when his contract is up around Christmas. He is clearly insane!

Try apple.com (the US site). It was working fine there, even for UK accounts...

upgrade by any chance? I did upgrade via online got an order number and everything on screen indicated successful upgrade, half an hour goes by no confirmation email so rang and my order had only partly been done, tariff change was in place just the handset didn't look like it was ordered so they did the upgrade again and I may or may not get charged twice for handset (nice aye lol) and I got the 30 day speel afterwards

Vodafone Users

Protip: Hover around their sales page for about 5 minutes and a popup window will appear for "livechat" you will be put throught to someone in sales who you can ask for a nano sim.. they then put you through to a customer service agent in livechat who then orders one for you no problems..

Just ordered mine, will be here in 3-5 business days. He actually knew what a nano sim was - genius!

Happy now

I'm hoping they are in Ireland, like the iPad 3 was (I think anyway).
Much more likely to be problem free than coming from China. Though admittedly watching the tracking from China is pretty interesting.

I hope everyone receives there phone on time and has no issues with their orders too. I remember last year when I ordered the 4S, mine was literally one of the last to be changed to Dispatched for users who preordered on the first day. Everyone else was watching where there iPhone was, and mine hadn't even been sent.. which was pretty frustrating. It did eventually arrive on time however..

Apple take the money straight the way... well they did with mine

Are you sure they've taken the money. Normally what they do when you place a preorder is to put a temporary hold on the funds in your account to make sure you have enough. They then release it until just before shipment when they actually charge you and take your money.

I upgraded yo a 16GB iPhone 5 this morning on Orange and immediately got a text and email saying 'Thanks for upgrading..blah blah blah.. We'll deliver your phone on 2012-09-17 between 8am and 6pm, and someone will need to be there to sign for it.' Obviously, it wont be delivered then. The text said the same.

I havent had any other contact since then, the order number tracker wont work either, but maybe thats cause it hasn't shipped yet. Im getting a little worried somethings gone wrong and they haven't told me.

I would have thought I'd have gotten an email with all my order details in it by now.

Just got off the phone, £31pm on Orange with £150 upfront cost.
Pickup from store on Friday.

I'm convinced O2 don't really care and have surrendered to Three and EE.

By the state of their website and the fact that they don't seem to be offering an 'Unlimited Data' tariff (probably because their network couldn't handle it), I think you might be right.

That could be the case... I just checked my bank account balance after I did the order and the money had gone from the account, classed as ''debit card transaction'' on my statement.
