My 3 Micro-SIM just deactivated, and the Nano-SIM I picked up from the 3 Store earlier this afternoon has just activated!

Wahey!

Yep. Seems like they are definitely coming from China if they are preparing to ship already.

Would love to get it a day early, but I bet they ask the carriers to put a hold on delivering them if they receive them early :mad:

It did this with the ipad3 and they shipped from Ireland.
 
Been into an o2 store this afternoon after pre-ordering my 5 this morning, they say it could be as late as next Thursday when they get them in. Official o2 twitter feed is saying collect it on launch day.

I'm getting the general feeling that numbers/accounts only take a few hours to transfer to the new nano sim from a micro sim, is that right?
 
Mine has changed to prepared for shipment! Anybody reckon there is a slim chance we have these in our hands on Thursday?
 
With all the hunting around for stock and what not Ive just realised what my 3 contract ive signed up to means,

All you can eat data (which actually appears to be capped at 100Gb a month) means no worries with facetime over 3G and Sky Go on the iPad tethered to my iPhone 5 for breaktimes at work.... Im excited again :D:D
