Actually in one way that's not good news - those of us who ordered from Apple but are now trying to order through CPW and other outlets will no longer be able to cancel our original Apple orders, but will have to go out of our way to return them.

Went onto Apple chat earlier this afternoon to ask for estimate on likely dispatch date and got unhelpful person - told me to check status of my order online and go by those dates. He told me about the 9 million orders blah blah so I said that's fine but I was very disappointed and couldn't understand why stock seemed to be getting prioritised/diverted to stores over online orders like mine that were placed at 00.01 on the 20th. He basically avoided responding to me and told me to enjoy my new iPhone. So I left him crap feedback which have never done. Usually even if they can't give you definitive info they try at least to be helpful! Mind you they are prob getting sick of the queries!
