UK iPhone 5s and 5c Thread

I ordered just after midnight on the launch uk time. Because I ordered a 32GB Gold, I'm wondering if this is the reason I haven't seen any movement from "processing" yet. My brown case and 5S dock arrived within a couple of days 🙂 I'm just waiting for my 5S now
 
My 16gb Gold is still processing, anybody know when I'll see a change? My delivery estimate is "October" so I'm constantly going to all the London stores to see if I will find one...

64GB grey still stuck at processing too. It does seem that 32GB and 64GB gold haven't shifted at all yet. But there are still lots of other configurations and colours still sitting around too!

Looking at the cargo departures at Hong Kong, there were plenty of flights flying via Dubai. If you then look at the same information for Dubai, there are several flights to Cologne. Then I guess there are flights on to East Midlands.

I imagine UK phones will get here via that route. It's not necessarily one flight from Hong Kong.

It does seem funny that some people are seeing movement while others are not. I'm not bothered as long as my phone is dispatched/delivered on the date Apple have stated (7-10th of October for delivery) because i'll be at university and will have to arrange for someone to be at home. Don't want to go through that for nothing 🙁
 
Nothing moving today? I thought that in the past things in China moved on Sunday much like on every other day.

I'm starting to wonder if there is a large container of gold phones coming from another factory that is going to suddenly go online when the container hits Cork. My order is listed as arriving between the 2nd and the 7th despite being the same "ships in 7-10 business days". We'll see.
 
West Quay Southampton

Anyone been to West Quay store Southampton in the last couple of days?

Whats their stocking / restocking like? Any recent experiences there?

I live in a bit of an Apple Store dead zone, and West Quay is my nearest. Thinking of trying it about 10am Monday morning but its a bit of a gamble whether it is worth the effort!

You got a delivery date of 2-7th October!? I thought the earliest anyone had was 7-10th? Screenshot!

My experience of the stores has been that they are usually all gone by 10. Picked up by the scalpers who will happily sell it to you on ebay for a profit. Although looks like the profit is dying down for them. Most im watching are going for little over cost price and they end up just relisting them.

You need to get there early.

Will need to see the departure scan for Dubai though am not sure how quickly the online system updates so the plane might have taken off before we see that.

It has just updated - they are still on UPS23 🙂
