UK iPhone 5s and 5c Thread

I have been tracking planes myself like a few others here.I don't know where my phone is.I suspect Germany soon.Which may mean I get my phone Thursday which would be nice.

Yup - I'm just outside Edinburgh too. West. Exactly the same scan time too.
 
Oh well looks like I'm going to bed frustrated again!

Reading on here it also looks like a few more frustrating days since when were the Chinese allowed holidays!

It's very inconvenient of them. They will be paying them a decent wage soon!

Is there a link to a PAYG iPhone 5s on their website? If I take that in, I've got some leverage for further action...

Edit: Says 'Out of stock' for PAYG on Three (link – click on 'more plans' at the bottom of price plans)

Vodafone don't sell it PAYG either...

I don't get it :( i had a departure scan from Hong Kong and this is the UPS definition of a departure scan: "This scan is an electronic record indicating the shipment has left a UPS facility and is on its way to the next UPS facility" So if it is on its way, hows it taking so long to arrive at the next? Has it fallen out of the plane!? :confused:

Not to bring bad luck......but you saw what happened to the fedex plane in castaway.....right now someone like tom hanks is using our iPhone 5s as a mirror and talking to a volley ball!

I'm beginning to think the same of my tracking status. Been stuck in Cologne for over 24 hours now, after a flurry of activity.

Sounds like it. To be honest I think that's fair enough - where there is limited stock the store should be within their rights to sell the phone on the plan that will earn them the most money. Just don't see why they can't make that clear rather than blaming Apple.

You think Apple Stores will get stock tomorrow?

I called Touchwood Solihull today, and was told they got no delivery. Im hoping they will tomorrow, but it takes me an hour to get there so it will be a very disappointing journey back if they dont :(
 
Love my space grey 5s. The finish is far superior to all of the apple photos. Amazing! Managed to get a phone without ANY blemishes or anything. Screen is great too.

Happy happy :)
 
Loving my 16gb gold, if you're waiting for gold you won't be disappointed! Did speed test comparison with my 4s and it's quicker every time which I suppose you'd expect!

Likewise my friend, about 4pm yesterday it changed to preparing, been on that since. Was going to ring them as no payment taken (or pending) yet Apple tell me it has.

Still on preparing for dispatch here also - way past 24 hours now. Maybe tomorrow when I start my mad checking again!
