No, the UK store went live at 00:00 on the 20th. If you were on the App you could order from 23:55 on the 19th.

Same here. You got an accessory with it and chose fewest deliveries etc so it goes to an Apple Distribution Centre, and the tracking number is given when it leaves.
Online store replacementAre you getting a warranty replacement through AppleCare or an online store replacement? If the latter that's the same situation as me - I received an email from TNT to arrange pickup of the phone and they also called though I wasn't able to answer at the time. I will be arranging for them to pick it up once the new one is delivered. Can you see a replacement on the order status page?

In the past I have always got through to very friendly American help lines. This time they could barely speak English and had to repeat my problem to 3 separate people, and it took an entire hour to sort out. And they were very unfriendly. Worst apple service I've had in the last 10 years (10 iPhones, 4 macs, 3 iPads, 5 iPods....)

The first person had an English accent. The second was European and third African. Don't get me wrong my mums not from this country and doesn't speak English well, and I wouldn't want her to be a customer services rep. I can't believe I had to repeat the same run through to 3 people, suggesting the same solutions to me despite the fact I already explained I had tried them all.
