Well, it's past 10 again and still no reservation system...
I am thinking of jumping over to giffgaff from O2.
Can anyone recommend this?
Thanks.

Yes, extremely good value.
I took EE to CISAS when they increased contract prices in April and won at the adjudication and was allowed to terminate my contract and they were instructed to supply my PAC. I moved my number over to giffgaff as a temporary measure in May while I decided what to do.
I'm still there, I have found coverage and service as good as (or better) than EE in use. It's incredibly good value, I pay either £10 or £12 for the month, depending on how much data I expect to use (£10 = 1GB, £12 = unlimited).
International calls are cheap and freephone calls are free.
Customer service is not automated as someone said, it's online, either via the forum or a direct "ask an agent" link that you can use.
How did that work, did you have to pay any cancelation charge, the phone price or what? - They upped my £36 a month to £37.14 I am not happy can I do something about it or is it too late now? - The thing which peed me off the most was that they kept the price at £36 for new customers.
I previously used Giffgaff in uni but the service went down twice when I was on it. There was a blackspot meaning I actually couldn't get a signal in some places.
I'm currently on O2 and the signal on the way home from work isn't too great. Hoping Three are better.![]()
Yes, I know, which is why I was annoyed that when the network suffered, O2 customers got credit to spend in the stores and Giffgaff didn't give customers anything to compensate.Giffgaff are a subsidiary of O2 thus use the same network so the signal is the same.
What time on Friday did you order from ee. I ordered my 32gb gold at 11am but no text here.
Yupe. I bit annoyed that the US got 1-3 days despatch time frame and now the online reservation. We get nothing![]()

They are not a subsidiary, they just run off the O2 network, the same as Tesco Mobile.
In no way are they owned by O2.
I didn't have a £550 deposit with them. I paid £169.99 up front, then today (3 days later), I called them again and paid off the remainder of the phone plan which was £360.
The different phone plans were:
1. Pay £0.00 up front, then 24 months x £25 a month - Total cost is £600.00
2. Pay £119.99 up front, then 24 months x £20 a month - Total cost is £599.99
3. Pay £169.99 up front, then 24 months x £15 a month - Total cost is £529.99
4. Pay £319.99 up front, then 24 months x £10 a month - Total cost is £559.99
5. Pay £600.00 up front, then 24 months x £0 a month - Total cost is £600.00
I went with option 3 as it was the cheapest one. You'd think the other credit agreements would be cheaper as you put more money up front.

still processing items![]()
Did the online chat thing with Apple today. Told me they had no plans to implement store pick up.
Don't see it changing until Friday at the earliest. Those dates are pretty accurate based on my previous rMBP order.
It doesn't matter what factories do, they said "business days", in the UK that is Monday to Friday.

When did you order as mine arrived almost a week earlier than the delivery time.
I was in the same boat as you on this. Ordered my BTO rMBP 13 June, estimated delivery 12-18 July, actual delivery 3 July (though I'll admit I was probably pretty lucky with this),
