Are you sure it's dispatched?
Mine still says: "Processing Items Dispatched: 7- 10 business days", but if you look at that line with a squint and some wishful thinking, it can appear to read: "Dispatched: Delivery in 7 - 10 business days". Ha.
While those are 2 possibilities I usually like to give people the benefit of the doubt until I have a reason not to. He will hopefully soon post a screenshot or admit he misread it.
Yeah the status is really badly written, .... I'd like to see a screen grab before I get my hopes up
I suspect Apple controls this centrally but senior store managers should be given access (perhaps they are but staff aren't allowed to tell customers - who knows?)
If that is the case then this thread has lasted a long time before someone made the mistake. Usually it happens pretty well daily.
Really hoping this is true. I'm starting to get really fed up reading about stores getting additional stock on a daily basis, while so far there doesn't appear to have been a single order shipped due to an online order.
Got my order through at 11:59 on the 19th (16GB Silver), so should hopefully be pretty well up the order list, but still stuck at "Processing".

Sparkyms do you hear if the Southampton store had any stock today.... I'm just down the road in fareham and bore of waiting for the online delivery ..
Iv worked for P4U, and no one in the store knew what they were getting on the next delivery until they got it! It could be a similar matter with Apple! Although, I can see why they would not want to tell people especially around these times.
Iv also worked at O2, and they could check what stock they were getting delivered around about 24 hours in advance. We used to happily tell customer when they could expect stock for a particular product.
