Apologies if it has already been discussed before but...it's a long thread.

I checked O2 prices, the price for the 64 IP6 seems to be around £729 on contract. Why on earth would somebody buy it on a contract when it can be had for £619 from Apple (and then you could buy a SIM only deal for around £7-£15 depending on the data allowance). That is assuming that one has the cash to buy it outright. I checked the O2's T&C, they say it's an interest free loan, but then why they charge a higher RRP? Shouldn't they be honest and say that actually it's not an internet free loan because....we charge you the interest in the higher RRP!

I'm now quite chuffed that threes new tariffs are so high.

I now get to pickup my apple sim free on release day at a time I choose (no waiting for delivery).

I get to keep my super £12.90 plan with all you can eat data. I was all set to go for a 24 month contract but they are just too high..

Anyone else gone for store pickup? Lots of chatter about deliveries.

They even still have most models in stock for pickup (no plus, they went instantly).

Crazy there is lots of iPhone 6 reservation stock left, I would have thought it been long gone.

Just checked and my iPhone 6 Plus 64GB Gold is still saying "processing order". I recieved conformation order at 08:33 and it still says it delivery for the 19/9. Also can't check the production week either. Didn't get an anti-fraud call yesterday and haven't checked money has been put on hold. Do you think I should start worrying that the delivery times will begin to slip?

No

Well they have to pay for their marketing somehow right? Plus O2 4G isn't that brilliant either so I wouldn't want to be paying that high price for that.

Heck, I'm planning on getting the phone sim free and sticking to a sim only plan as these 24 month contracts revealed yesterday are all rip offs.

Yeah, same here. I've been one the £12.90 rolling plan since getting my iPhone 4 unlocked about 18 months ago. Recently bolted the tethering on for a fiver. Store collection for Friday evening is booked, surprised at how easy the process was.

Now all I've got to do is work out how to get a new smaller SIM from three...

Anyone know how to cancel a picK up at store order? Was trying to free up stock for someone else but cant find anything on the site

That's 1GB of Tethering for a fiver, right?

Why not get the new £15 a month (it's this price until the end of September, but you lock in the price if ordered now) SIM with unlimited data and 4GB of Tethering allowance?

Money is showing as taken from my account, but still on 'processing' stage. I seem to remember the iPhone 5 changing its status on the Tuesday...but it's so long ago, and was right in the middle of my university years, I could quite easily have been too drunk to remember.

Just checked mine.
iPhone 6 128GB
Preparing for dispatch.

However, my 6+ 128GB is still processing. ETA 30th Sept :(

Will probably keep the 6+ though, but too late to cancel the 6 order so will leave it sealed and return it.

Ordered my iPhone 6, 64GB, Space Grey and got my confirmation email at 08:33. Being delivered on 19th.

Checked my serial number and it was made in week 32 (August 4th-10th.) 32 seems to be the earliest I've seen on here so far.

Wonder when production started..

Mine is week 36.

I'm on the One Plan (Three) @ £18 a month 30 day rolling! Ultd data and tethering!

128gb Iphone 6plus is £789. Three unlimited one plan (no contract) is £15pm. Over 24m this costs £1149.

If I enter into a 24m contract I would expect to pay cheaoer than this over the 24 m term. Therefore why arent the Network providers offering this phone at around £900 unlimited data over the 24m? This would be the benchmark I would be paying. This would work out at a free phone 128gb on a £37.50 contract.

Im amazed that people are paying anything else. I assume most dont have the lump sum to buy outright.

Last year? Do you mean for the 5c, there were no 5s pre-orders? iPad Air launch day deliveries didn't track from anywhere further east than Leicester.

Yeah, I'm aware of these guys as I said my last 3 gadgets came via them. Always on to UK Mail after that around here.

It was for the 5s and i tracked it all the way from China.

With the amount they plan to ship, I'd imagine very early.

It's odd - you can get the 3 sim from Apple with 300 minutes of voice and unlimited data. Or from 3 direct with only 200 minutes of voice and unlimited data - both for £15 per month. Do they both allow tethering??
