Mine still says processing, but on my Amex Card the money hasn't been taken, but other amounts have:

12th Sep at time of order they took £1
12th Sep in the evening they took another £15
13th Sep in the evening they took another £37.20

All under "APPLE DISTRIBUTION INTERNATIONAL EMEA"

Is it worth a call to Apple to find out whats going on?

Did anyone preorder from buymobiles.net?

I got a 64gb Space Grey 6 for £120 on EE Extra £39 a month. I don't mind waiting a bit longer (potentially) if it means I save £100 on the handset

Guys I have two 64GB Plus's Space Grey revered at Westfeild Startford City between 6-7 pickup if anyone wants them! Revered for Matrs that' wanted them and can't cancel the resvervation, and mines being delivered!

Same. I'm actually pissed off about this. Going to ring Apple today and see if there's anything they can do. Ordered 6+ 64GB grey at 8:44 and got an estimated delivery date of the 30th earliest.

Same as you guys. Ordered 8.25am on 12th, 3-4 weeks for despatch. Rang Apple customer services hanging on an hour told them felt quite frustrated with the ordering etc as there is logic to it. After a chat will get my leather Apple case for free as a gesture. Nice gesture but would rather know why it was such a lottery.

I'm assuming this also means a lot of people will be receiving second hand phones? As they're not just going to use them for replacements for broken screens etc.

Hi all.

Quick question, having ordered before 9am I ordered an iPhone 6+ space Gray 64gb with delivery of 3-4 wks. If I was to go into the Apple shop on Friday and buy the phone (let's say they had stock, you never know), could I still cancel the pre order?

Yes, if it's still processing

Even if it got delivered, you can send it back.

Hello guys!
I've got an iPhone 6+ 64gb from the Apple store, despatched 7-10 business day and estimated delivery 30th sept - 3rd Oct.
Do you think I might get it before the 30th of sept? The problem is that from the 29th I will be abroad and I'll come back on the 10th of Oct! And probably no one will be home those days to get the package for me. What's gonna happen if the courier will find nobody home?
Thanks!

Apple generally under-promise on delivery dates, but may not beat the earlier of the two dates that they have quoted.

Your best bet may be to queue at an Apple Store next Friday, and then cancel the order if you get lucky.

Ordered 0841: got in the 19th delivery
Second order 0843: October delivery

Certainly seemed a Lottery!
Got a 6 Plus for the 19th ordered at 0831 via the App.
Tried again at 0834 and all 6 Plus models were Oct Delivery.
For the record the Website was ridiculous!

I've pre ordered the Last 4 iPhones for Launch day Delivery via the Apple Store App, Its certainly a bit more stable.

Roll on Friday!!!!!!!!!

I ordered my iPhone 6 16GB in space grey from Phones4U sim free yesterday afternoon and I've just had a courtesy call from them as I did have a few issues ordering due to problems with my card. The woman was able to confirm that my order was placed and it will be delivered on Friday. Could be worth checking their site of anyone still wants to order one for then

I bought my iPhone 6 64GB Space Grey around 8:50am on launch day. At checkout it said delivery for 19/9 but my confirmation email said 7-10 days and delivery between 29/9-10/2.

My issue was there still was pickup availability on launch day. Had I known I wasn't going to get it on the 19th i would have done pickup. In fact I did reserve one at regent st but they have already held the fund at my bank for the online order and my bank said if I canceled the order they wouldn't release the funds for 7-30 days! So I don't think I'll find the money to buy the one I have reserved.

Apple did say to me that shipping times could always improve.

Can you change the shipping address to Australia? :D

I'm am not liking what I'm reading at all. In fact I'm extremely annoyed that it appears that other users who ordered the exact same spec phone as me, two hours after I ordered are going to receive theirs two weeks before me.

I ordered at 9.05am. A 6+ 128gb space grey for delivery between the 10/10 to 17/10.

So how did other users manage to bag the same phone for earlier delivery after this time?

What sort of system is this? I paid with credit card so it's not as if I'm waiting on a decision on finance.

Also, those who have orders more than one phone just to send one back! Well played! Just keep the rest of us waiting. How hard is it to make a decision, honestly!

What happens to these returned phones? I hope they then don't get resealed and sent back out to the rest of us?

And lastly,

Why the **** am I'm I getting so wound up over a stupid phone? This is stupid!

Apple, hurry up and take my god damn money!

Let me try and ease your pain mate, APPLE did this last year, essentially they hVe stock allocated to different purchase methods (the most being online), I was watching orders quite closely yesterday and could see the site move in delivery dates, then at some point the delivery dates went from bad to good, meaning apple increased the allocation available to the online store.....

They did this last year and basically the shipment date you have is computer generated at time of sale, you will get your phone in order of purchase still, what it means for you is that any one who bought after you, you can take their delivery date as your latest....

Don't worry you will receive a shipping notification sooner than you think!
