With ios8 you can double touch the home button and the whole screen moves down so you can reach elements that are at the top of the page such as "< back to messages"

I know that, just can't imagine balancing the phone on my fingers while reaching across the whole width.

As a side note, "bigger than bigger"? What a stupid slogan. Jesus, sounds like something my 5 year old daughter would say.

Not sure whether to pre order or reserve for pickup on release date. Is there a morning delivery option?

O2 offering 20GB data for £48/m on the iPhone 6.

Where does it say £48/m for the 6? As far as I can see the website example is a 'representative example' (and it's actually THE price of the Amazon phone).

Device cash price is £400 in that... it's gonna cost more than £48 for the 6 with 20gb of data bro... I reckon £54 for the 6 and £59/m for the 6 Plus, 16gb of course.

This assumes a no upfront cost which I think there will be.

Maybe £50/m with £100 up front or something.

Can i ask people in UK who got iphone 4 or iphone 4S, and want to get an iphone 6, what shall i do with a sim card?
I mean when i will get an iphone 6, will the same sim card from my iphone 4S work with a new iphone or not? Do i need to order a new one or something like that, and how long it will take to get one :)
Im with O2. Thanks

Walk into an O2 store and ask for a Nano Sim. They'll give you one and then just need to fill in something on their website and your number moves across.

Free of charge too.

Can we in the UK reserve to pick up in an Apple store? Has that ever been available over here?

Not sure if it was available last year, but it does say on the Apple site that you can reserve an iPhone for in-store pickup on 8AM on the 12th.

I also spoke to an Apple employee about it, and they confirmed :)

The iPhone 6 is about the same size as my wife's Moto G, so I'll have a play with that later and see if I could contemplate anything bigger.

Think O2 tariffs will be up fairly soon. Managed to snap this when refreshing the page.

That would probably be the best option for me, if i could reserve one for pick up on the 20th, because i have university on the 19th, so can't guarantee someone will be home to accept delivery on the 19th.

If you reserve one how long do they hold them for?

Also i can't seem to see the in store pick up on the UK Apple page, it only says "pre-order 12th September or visit an apple retail store from 8am on 19th September"

I'm going to pre-order for in store pickup here in Aberdeen. 64GB Silver for the missus and 128GB space grey for me - both iP6. Buying both outright - mine will be running 3 and the wifes, O2.

Lol I know, I'm gonna get the 4.7, I wonder if Apple will have enough spare 5.5" screens for the droppers

4.7 64gb silver for me, I'll buy it using the App Store app like I did with my 5.

64gb is a big increase from 16gb that's for sure, can't wait for that extra screen size either

Fingers crossed we get to see the plans that the networks will be offering us - tomorrow.

I'll be online on Friday. Just waiting to know. When I can preorder my 6

Wanting a 6 space grey 64GB

My 5 is dying. My 2 yr old knocked it off the table and now the battery is loose. CBA getting it repaired now.

Im back again this year[i say that every year]will be pre ordering a 16gb Space Grey 4.7'' sim free direct from apple and can't wait for the tracking and flight watching to begin,

I'm just waiting to see the different price plans, I'm with T-Mobile (EE) and past my upgrade date but since there is no discount for loyalty with the iPhone I'm happy to move where the better deals are!
