I've just activated a SIM from EE on their previous price plan, I only signed up at the weekend! 22.99 for 4GB, now it's 5GB for 21.99.

Furious. Any idea if I'll get anywhere with customer service, or should I just cancel and get another network? :mad:
 
Does anyone whose order status changed from 'Processing' to 'Preparing for dispatch' today have their model showing up in their support profile yet?

I've been following this thread and was under the assumption that the two events were linked (the status change and the visibility of the phone in the support profile), however my status changed at around 10am but I've not got anything new showing in my support profile!

Also, reckon it's too much to hope for that I could get a 19/09 or 20/09 delivery if my original estimate says between 30/09 and 03/10?

Any contract in the UK there is a 14 grace period that without reason it can be cancelled or changed. :)
 
Hey everyone. Some of you might remember I had a real nightmare last year with my 64gb gold, got a faulty one and apple cocked up the replacement. Luckily things seem to be going much better this year.

This year I ordered a 128gb gold 6 for myself, probably about half past 8. And then a few minutes later placed a separate order on my account for my sister for a 64gb gold 6 Plus.
Interestingly my 6 is being shipped my Synchreon whereas the order I placed a few minutes later for the 6 + is being sent by UPS. Will be fun to see which arrives first, although I'll probably leave for work by 1030.
My sisters out of the country till early October anyway, so it's just gonna be lying there, with me resisting the temptation to open it. She will be mad if I do lol, as it's her first iPhone since the 4S, whereas I upgrade every year.

Quite an exciting few days as by sheer coincidence my new car arrives next week, and the purchase of my first home is wrapping up next week also.

I feel as though I'm in a similar exciting position to you! I've just received my dispatch information for my 126GB Space Grey 6 today and I've also had a call from my car dealership saying my new car is due to arrive within the next few days and will be ready for collection next week! ;)

Not as yet. I guess they've still not allocated actual units to orders yet. I'm not sure where this second batch of orders will ship from.


In regards to shipping before its expected date, I've had 2 phones and a MacBook Pro shipped from Apple and the do manage to hit their estimated dates.

The only glimmer of hope I have is that after my order changed to preparing for dispatch, my silicone case order was still showing processing and due in a vague October timeframe. So I cancelled that and ordered a leather case for the 6+ this afternoon. That had a 5-7 business day estimate and that actually has dispatched tonight for delivery tomorrow.. So maybe.. Just maybe

This is not true. The 14 day cooling off period does not apply to contracts signed on the premises (aka in store) of the network. Some networks do however have their own return/cancellation policy. 14 day cooling off period applies online and via the telephone.

I've actually lost the devices that were on my support profile, I dont know what the **** is happening, but other people were seeing their factory and week of manufacture a few days ago, i dont know why we cant
 
I do think they'll be coming by UKMail, but I'm going to have to disagree with the 309 thing, I ordered a case for my 6 and a dock for it, and while the dock has a 309 tracking number, that is coming by post. the case came by UKMail and the tracking/delivery numbers are the same and do not start 309. weird :)

UK Mail Packet deliveries are handed over to Royal Mail for delivery. Parcel deliveries are delivered by UK Mail.

Any tracking number starting in 309 is a valid UK Mail tracking number
 
Just got back from a day zip lining! :eek: (it's currently 5.36pm here in Jamaica/11.36pm in the UK) and received the following text for my 6 Plus & SWMBO's 6:

Apple Store: Good news! Items in order ********** have shipped and will deliver by 19/09/2014.

Still not showing up, really pi$$ing me off, does this mean it hasn't been shipped from china yet? perhaps they're preparing it for dispatch from china to arrive for late september? my girlfriends 6 is due this friday but my plus is showing 26th sept-1st oct, and i was 1 minute away from being within the launch day crew (ordered 8:41)

they also haven't charged my account yet which is weird since im on preparing for dispatch

I wouldn't worry about that. Mine isn't either. I've actually ordered a case today which is already with ups to deliver tomorrow and I don't see a charge for that yet either. Think my bank might take a while for transactions to show up. I don't expect to see a real charge on my card until the phone is ready to ship as per the people getting theirs on Friday

EE has on their site that they offer it for problems, argue the case and I'm sure they will honour it.

Exact same situation as mine, though my card has been charged today, presumably around the same time it changed to preparing for dispatch. Hoping for an early delivery - I'm sure 19/9 is out of the question but maybe Saturday or early next week? Fingers crossed...
 
On UPS's website normally, but none of the tracking numbers seem to be active.

I'll have a guess and say all our trackers will start working by tomorrow afternoon or evening, a bit early to check now.
 
Haha really? When did you order yours? I ordered a little after 3pm, long before preorders were live on the website.

I ordered at 8 a.m. on the dot. Call back on the afternoon confirmed order had gone through and cost.i rang again Tuesday as I had Nutty heard anything and they confirmed delivery for Friday.just waiting fort Ann updater, email or text to give delivery time slot.
 
Still no tracking on the Syncreon site.


Same :mad:, we should have it tomorrow once it moves (hopefully)

if it is UKMail I hope they are good too, the only company I really trust is UPS every other company loves messing things up! Heres me hoping Friday has a good turn out for all of us Syncreon guys....however I know the guys expecting delivery via UPS will be fine!
