Furious. Any idea if I'll get anywhere with customer service, or should I just cancel and get another network?![]()
Hey everyone. Some of you might remember I had a real nightmare last year with my 64gb gold, got a faulty one and apple cocked up the replacement. Luckily things seem to be going much better this year.
This year I ordered a 128gb gold 6 for myself, probably about half past 8. And then a few minutes later placed a separate order on my account for my sister for a 64gb gold 6 Plus.
Interestingly my 6 is being shipped my Synchreon whereas the order I placed a few minutes later for the 6 + is being sent by UPS. Will be fun to see which arrives first, although I'll probably leave for work by 1030.
My sisters out of the country till early October anyway, so it's just gonna be lying there, with me resisting the temptation to open it. She will be mad if I do lol, as it's her first iPhone since the 4S, whereas I upgrade every year.
Quite an exciting few days as by sheer coincidence my new car arrives next week, and the purchase of my first home is wrapping up next week also.
Does anyone whose order status changed from 'Processing' to 'Preparing for dispatch' today have their model showing up in their support profile yet?
I've been following this thread and was under the assumption that the two events were linked (the status change and the visibility of the phone in the support profile), however my status changed at around 10am but I've not got anything new showing in my support profile!
Also, reckon it's too much to hope for that I could get a 19/09 or 20/09 delivery if my original estimate says between 30/09 and 03/10?
Any contract in the UK there is a 14 grace period that without reason it can be cancelled or changed.![]()

I do think they'll be coming by UKMail, but I'm going to have to disagree with the 309 thing, I ordered a case for my 6 and a dock for it, and while the dock has a 309 tracking number, that is coming by post. the case came by UKMail and the tracking/delivery numbers are the same and do not start 309. weird![]()

This is not true. The 14 day cooling off period does not apply to contracts signed on the premises (aka in store) of the network. Some networks do however have their own return/cancellation policy. 14 day cooling off period applies online and via the telephone.

Mines been confirmed as dispatched on the Apple site being sent to me via UPS with tracking details. Can't wait!

On UPS's website normally, but none of the tracking numbers seem to be active.
Haha really? When did you order yours? I ordered a little after 3pm, long before preorders were live on the website.
I'm pretty surprised to be honest I was expecting a delayed delivery.
