So happy mine is being delivered by UPS. I have a UPS access point not 2 minutes from my house so if I'm not in the UPS courier drops it of there.

Must admit I'm more than a little excited. Just to clarify that is NOT the reason why I'm awake at this time of the morning

Thanks, I remember now, my iPhone 5 came UKMail, although it said Synchreon.

So will UPS, UKMail or FedEx leave with a neighbour with authorisation by a signed note on the door?

Not for an iPhone, but if I've gig to pop out when a courier may arrive, I agree with a neighbour and stick a note by the doorbell saying "Dear courier, please leave my parcel with <name> at number xxx, thanks".

I sign my name on the note and so far, it's worked every time.

Factor in though that they may be under instructions to only leave it with the person on the delivery label.

THREE deliveries?? Anyone know whats happening

I ordered a 6 plus 128GB as an upgrade from 3 a few minutes after their online ordering went live.

I received confirmation that my phone would be delivered in the 19th :) It also says that my contract renews on 8th Oct which is when I will be charged

Which date am I to believe? Does anyone have the same issue and if so have you managed to as Three?

Pretty sure all contracts in the UK have to have at least a 7 day cooling off period. Work for O2 in the UK myself and our cooling off period even for Sim-only contracts is 14 days :)

EDIT:
Pretty shocking. Just gave it a Google. No cooling off period on EE. Pretty surprising really, I know Three and O2 do, you would think something like that would be standard. Apparently not

I've sent a complaint in though I expect I'm stuck on the tariff I signed up for on Saturday. So incredibly annoying. 2 quid cheaper and an extra GB of data is a bit of a difference! :(

Still, 64GB IP6 on it's way from Apple.

I just registered, so this is my first post, but i've been watching this thread all week.

I managed to get an order in at 8:28am last friday on the apple site. I didn't really have any trouble. I'd been seeing the "back soon" message previously, and then about 8:20 the site was available to me. I ordered a silver 6, 64GB.

I was going to go for a contract deal with three but wound up buying one outright again with no contract. I'm currently on a 30day sim with Three that's got unlimited data, and a usable amount of minutes (200?) for about £13 I think? I don't think they offer it anymore. I am presuming I can just stick it in my new phone tomorrow?

I've got the tracking UPS number now, set for delivery tomorrow - tho I guess it's not registered in the UPS system yet as it doesn't recognise the number.

I ordered a blue apple silicone case after the fact - wished i'd ordered it at the time now, as it won't arrive for 2 weeks. I'm thinking of going to my apple store on friday and seeing if i can pick one up there and then just cancelling the order.

I think it'll be line number.
Anyone who ordered two items that are coming together, care to confirm?

Some companies use 10, 20, 30, etc instead of 1, 2, 3' etc...

I believe you're right. 2 x Applecare + - 10 and 20. 2 x phones - 30 and 40. Someone was an old school programmer!

I've actually lost the devices that were on my support profile, I dont know what the **** is happening, but other people were seeing their factory and week of manufacture a few days ago, i dont know why we cant

Is it possible that your order was not linked to your apple account for some reason? One of my orders was doing (intentionally) not linked to my apple account and it doesn't appear in my support profile. This is because it's a phone for my brother, who will add it to his own support profile.

Yes as long as your sim is the right size and your sim is for an iPhone.
I have an old sim only contract with O2. Unlimited data, 300 minutes and free texts. I can cancel at anytime. Thing is its only 3G. Is it worth paying more, but having my data capped? I tried to see how much data I was using on my login but couldn't. I guess I'll pop in to the shop in a few weeks when things have quieted down a bit.

I ordered a silicone case at the same time as the phone (when the store first went live) - phone's due tomorrow but the case is still 2-3 weeks...

Tempted to do the same as you suggest.

Urgh, every year I get assigned Syncreon.

Their tracking website is god awful, and it hasn't changed in years.

Anybody know of an app or some easier way of tracking with them?

The delivery app I already have can track packages with 100's of delivery services, but not Syncreon.

Ordered a red leather case yesterday afternoon. It's going to be delivered today.

There's an embargo with tracking information. I won't be surprised if the phone arrives before w see the history, of at all.

Exact same situation as mine, though my card has been charged today, presumably around the same time it changed to preparing for dispatch. Hoping for an early delivery - I'm sure 19/9 is out of the question but maybe Saturday or early next week? Fingers crossed...

Fairly certain Saturday won't happen to be honest. Costs the delivery companies much more. Unless there are exceptional circumstances like a messed up original delivery.

For gods sake, is this bad? Or do I just add it when it comes, though I sign into my existing Apple ID to follow the stages of my order

So I can now track my parcel with Syncreon... concerning that in the delivery address the company name isn't there. It is on Apple, but not on Syncreon.

Not sure that ranges that were posted last night for tracking numbers to courier are al correct. I have a tracking number starting 309 and the courier is apparently ASM. Used the iPhone app "Parcel" and the website https://www.aftership.com
Just enter the tracking number and it works out who's delivering.

Also tracking is up on Syncreon site.

SYNCREON PEOPLE!

My tracking info now works on the syncreon tracking site as my iPhone was scanned into the system at 6:45am!

First number (Order No/Delivery No) is the number starting in 8... which is the number apple calls the delivery number

And the second number (Web order no) is the code staring with W....

Little concerned that the address on mine is lacking the company name :/

Na, seems like mine is UK Mail then.

Can finally track mine on that awful Syncreon site... Still no idea who is delivering it though :( :apple:

I can now track my order with Syncreon. It says estimated delivery 19th 6pm. Is everybody else's saying 6pm? Mine is in Hinckley. Shipment pickup was at 6:39 this morning.

P.s I tried to track using UK mail. It isn't working, at least at the moment.

It's getting closer people :D
