Syncreon haven't passed the iPhones over to UKMail yet so they haven't been scanned into UKMail systems!

Personally I wouldn't be worried about it. You can add it later as far as I know. My bro gave my son his old iPhone 4S, and he deleted it from his support profile and I added mine here.
I ordered a 6 plus 128GB as an upgrade from 3 a few minutes after their online ordering went live.
I received confirmation that my phone would be delivered in the 19thIt also says that my contract renews on 8th Oct which is when I will be charged
Which date am I to believe? Does anyone have the same issue and if so have you managed to as Three?
Very similar. My3 still shows 19th September and my contract renews on 6th October which is my billing date. I did, however, call 3 last Saturday and I was advised that delivery will be delayed until 3rd October. 3 support on Twitter have contradicted this by advising that the date in my3 is accurate. So ...... who knows!!
How do you know what carrier is being used? I have a tracking number now but just says syncreon
I pre-ordered a Plus 128GB Space Grey with EE last Friday. Their systems seem to have failed them for this launch. I received a confirmation email from them directly after pre-ordering which had all the wrong information on so I had to call them up and they sent an updated one. I'd suggest giving them a call, there is no excuse for them to not give you a detailed confirmation email for something you have spent a lot of money on. If you get an awkward operator on the other end, don't take any excuse from them if they say they can't help (ask to speak to a supervisor or manager! - be prepared for a wait in the call queue though.)

Ye it seems for everybody the website says 6pm delivery. They can't deliver everybodies at 6pm so I figure as that is the "latest time" they will get delivered.
Mine shows up in UKMail tracking this morning. If yours doesn't, try putting in the "delivery number", not the tracking number, along with your postcode. Works for me, same as all my previous Apple/UKMail deliveries.
I guess we'll find out tomorrow. patience isn't a skill that I have unfortunately

I can now track my order with Syncreon. It says estimated delivery 19th 6pm. Is everybody else's saying 6pm? Mine is in Hinckley. Shipment pickup was at 6:39 this morning.
P.s I tried to track using UK mail. It isn't working, at least at the moment.

Not sure what the iPhone App is playing at. Its now showing as being delivered by UkMail. Some reason on UkMail site there is no info but using https://www.aftership.com and selecting UkMail it comes up with similar info to Syncreon.
