Surely they can dispatch on Friday if this is the case. DPD just tweeted "Don't forget any phone's dispatched on Friday will be delivered on Saturday If you're not available we'll try again Sunday #HappyDays". Again if this is the case that EE don't even have any iPhone 6 Plus' yet then we should get it delivered on Saturday?!

Does anyone have an idea how the reserve and collect will work? If there will be queues outside for people just trying their luck, I wonder if the shops will have a seperate queue for customers who have pre-ordered that way?!

I work at Barclays and my Friday release got cancelled due to change freeze due to some Scottish referendum. I will release the change on Tuesday 23 now so no work. The bell is also just an excuse.... even if it worked. I wud be next to window....

Yep. I had to change my shipping address which I did on the monday (as soon as I knew my new address), though the carrier don't seem to have processed it in time.

Will see what happens as the person on the phone did say it may still arrive tomorrow, but right now I'm not going to get my hopes up and just assume a Monday delivery.

The Apple rep on the phone said she would make a note that it still hasn't been done to see if Apple can get the courier to change the address before it gets sent out to the local depot. Fingers crossed!

Size wise it is what I expected on on hand, but also still very big. That said, I'm not overly worried about it.

Dispatched or Shipped?

As far as I can tell, Dispatched = consignment leaves Factory/Shenzen, Shipped = arrived with carrier.

Has nothing to do with it I'm afraid.

Shipped = US language, you're on the US website when looking at your order.
Dispatched = UK langauge, you're on the UK store.

Try it out.

I called UK Mail, they said they had it.

Does anyone know what happens if, for example, the phone ordered via the Apple online store has a fault straight out of the box?

I know Apple are holding back 4% of stock for replacing bad units, but would I just be able to walk into any Apple store without an appointment on Saturday morning to get a replacement?

Just want to cover all bases even though it's unlikely!

Some people have said earlier in this thread, when they changed address their delivery day changed from the 19th to 7~10 process time, maybe that might be related to your issue?

Also Apple is good in making their customer feel happy, so I am sure they'll solve it, cross fingers mate!!!

Does anyone know where the personal pick up for reservations has the bar code? Apparently there is a scannable code:

'Ready For Pickup (RFP) barcode for Personal Pickup customers'

However all I have is a confirmation email saying my phone is reserved and I need to go between specific hours to pick it up. No code on there.

UK Mail now showing as at delivery location! Just wish the other couriers offered the approximate time that DPD do, it's such a useful feature. Never mind, I'm off work and will be sat there by the window with a cuppa tea.
