Quick question guys for any of you (if you's exist) That are from Northern Ireland.

There is no UK Mail depot in Northern Ireland, they're pretty much all mainland based. So would it be safe to assume that my delivery will actually be handled by Royal Mail (as stated on their website, UK Mail have links with Royal Mail) and if I miss the delivery it would therefore go to a Royal Mail collection office?

Its only logical to assume that, I can't imagine it being sent back to the mainland to go to a UK Mail Depot.

My case was Syncreon, came with Royal Mail.

It may be these guys:

http://www.nightline.ie/send/ireland-gb/

they work in cooperation with UKmail and are owned by the same holding company. try using your number on their site.

A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status--including the scheduled delivery date--will be updated.

When will this change...anyone ....anyone....

So my consignment has gone off UKmail's website now. Hopefully this means that they're changing the delivery address :3

Happy for you :)

Good to see they actually do have that stock!

We have the same spec phone and called around the same time so I will waited with bated breath for my phone to buzz with news from DPD!!!

Thanks. You ordered a bit before me so I'm pretty confident that you'll get a text soon ;)

I'm buying the 64GB iPhone 6 Plus. I want to play it with it first; heading down to Apple on Friday/Saturday. Hopefully they'll have some knocking about to purchase

i can track mine now on ukmail, status has gone to "collected" with expected delivery date of tomorrow :D

A colleague didn't manage to get their Apple Store order done until 10am last Fri, so missed the first batch and Apple Store info was stating Sep 29 - 2 Oct as delivery.
She's just had an email stating it'll now be delivered next Tuesday.

Clearly, their deliveries are happening quicker than expected/planned so those who were expecting longer lead times may be pleasantly surprised :)

so to add to the on going EE saga, ill add my update!

i originally ordered via P4U and after reading the forum sunday night, i rang EE first thing in the morning and re-ordered. as i had a email saying as a existing customer i could have pre ordered before tuesday and still hit the first batch.......

Anyway EE at 12.30 today have told me that no iphones are getting sent out before the 23rd of this month................and when i said people are getting dpd notifications he said its not possible! EE really dont know whats going on!

email 8:42 for 7 to 10 delivery on 30/9 to 3/10 plus Grey 64Gb. Yesterday changed to preparing for dispatch and hold for money has been put on credit card today. Does that mean dispatch is imminent? Seems very early to hold payment for 30/9?

No chance

Plus models are very low in stock... no pre-order and no reservation, no queuing up on Friday morning... no chance!

...When it arrives at their facility :D:D

Holy ****... where is the phone then...with whom...is it in China or Guantanamo Bay or in UK or in Russia...God damn it... mystery mystery with the :apple:

I had thought it was locally here in UK.. there are a million versions of where and how the phone will reach us..am confused....

any ways thanks cruncher boy..... no worries...its Thursday and time to booze tonight with the Johnny Boy (Johnny Walker)....

Now the only person left in the UK with 19th delivery and still preparing dispatch, to get to this stage would the bank have allowed the payment? Or is it possible it is still not authorised?

I want to use one on Friday/Saturday; I don't expect to buy one on that day. But I can't see much demand for the Plus from general consumers. I suspect this initial supply issue is down to people (like me) who have waited years for a massive iPhone. I'm hopeful that they'll have them in stock soon after... I may eat my words, of course :)

I probably should have just pre-ordered but I didn't want any surprises...

W.....what?

The phone is in the UK, it's just not in a UPS warehouse yet.

There is high demand for 6 plus from what i've seen on this site.

Well you did say "Hopefully they'll have some knocking about to purchase" implying you wanted to buy one on the day :)

You must know that the Apple Store is not only a place for 'General Consumers'. There's going to be a queue of die hard fans at every single Apple store, and they'll take all the stock.

Couple of things in my favour of getting mine tomorrow:

  1. I live three miles from my local DPD depot
  2. I ordered ASAP with Vodafone via Live Chat
  3. I contacted them again this morning and they promised Friday delivery

I just want my DPD tracking number now - I use Parcel (it's a great App!) and it's been updated for iOS and has widget support. :)

Ah, yes - I phrased it wrong. My mistake :)

Of course! There will be enough die hard fans who will soak up the stock on Friday morning. But generally speaking, the Plus is very niche. So, at the same time, I'm hoping the "rush" won't last long :p

I placed an order on launch day at 0833 for a Six Plus 16gb.

Order went through successfully. Since then my order has been processing and still is processing as of 1230 on the 18th. I have ordered many iPhone's and iPads at launch and know the drill, At some stage order should move to preparing for dispatch and then if its a Friday launch we all get our dispatched emails on Wednesday at around 1800 onwards. Now i live in the Highlands of Scotland so i never get my orders till the following Monday which is fine as i know they are on route.

Woke up today and order was still processing and no dispatch email from Apple.

Just been on the Phone to Apple for half an hour and the chap on the phone said it seems strange as everything seems to be in place. He said he would have to raise it to a higher level. Chap said these people sort out issues like this and that he would pop me on hold and pass on all the details.

He gets back to me asking have i had any emails from Apple saying there has been an issue with my order to which i replied no. He pops me back on hold and then comes back and says The guys above me know everything order related and they are saying if the order is saying 19/9 then you will be receiving the phone. He said its unusual, But he has been told that as 4 million have been ordered some people are in the same boat as me and there orders are stuck on processing but will delivered on the date if you have not heard otherwise.

I said i still find it strange that i have no tracking etc but he simply said don't worry about it the powers above have said its fine and not to worry about it.

Now i will be left guessing till Monday as thats when i normally receive my Apple launch products due to being in the Highlands.

I have a bad feeling that i am going to be iPhone 6 Plussless come Monday.

Anyone else ever had an issue like this with an Apple Launch product?

Can anyone tell me if these spigen cases can be bought in a shop/store in any shopping mall. I did not order one and was thinking to buy one from the shopping mall or something. Even if its a little expensive than the online price.. I am ok with it.

Can someone let me know?

Thanks in advance.
