Anyone knows that what time in the morning does UPS start to deliver, as an the earliest possible delivery can happen by what time?

Was always 19th from day of pre-order.
I think i just managed to squeeze in. after waiting for Barclays to approve the transaction- and waiting 2 minutes before placing the order through so barlcays wouldn't block it again... -otherwise I would have had my order in by 8.25am.
Hmmm. My case is "with Royal Mail" and not delivered. After it's left UK mail I assume it's untraceable.
My phone is "shipment label created" with UPS. I'm assuming, due to them using UPS standard, they're shipping from the UK, the deadline for which is normally pickup by 6pm.

Same here, no postie at all today and he is a decent guy... So it can't have got to him in time for this morning.
Hopefully both will arrive tomorrow.... I don't fancy using the phone naked

Well. Excited. Can't wait for tomorrow! Got my 6 16GB Gold and my 6+ 64GB Space Grey coming! Can't wait.
I have a feeling (from looking at my case) that there are going to be a lot of returns on the Plus. People aren't expecting it to be as big as it is and therefore will probably return it and go for the 6. In everyday practicality, there's no doubt the 6 will be a lot better to handle (specifically one-handed).
Not sure what I'm going to do as I'd ideally want a iPhone 6 Space Grey 64GB if I don't get on with my 6 Plus. But there's going to be a long wait for that model now! Fingers crossed I like the 6 Plus.

So I'll be getting my UPS delivery sent to my office tomorrow. I specified it was a business address when I made my order on the Apple store last week - tho i've no idea what difference this makes.
I'm gonna presume, because it never seems to matter for anything else, that our receptionist can sign for it? I mean the company name is on the address, and I'm pretty sure whoever it is that's delivering it will not only be familiar with the office, but will likely be dropping off more than one phone anyway (i've no idea, but it's a digital design agency and there's 150 of us here - i think it's a relatively safe assumption someone else ordered one?).
I mean, what if i'm out getting a sandwich?

Does your order status on Apple say UK Mail or Syncreon? Mine says Syncreon but I always thought they were just the people who delivered them to the delivery companies, eg. UPS
Well my White/Silver iPhone 6 16GB order which was due between 30th September and 2nd October changed to 'Preparing to Dispatch' this morning. Ordered around 9:30 after my 8:30 order messed up!
Hopefully I get it a bit earlier than the date suggested! Sold my iPhone 5 last week and trying to get along with an iPhone 4 from a family member, which is awfully slow (not to mention broken and battered).

Syncreon handle the logistics, who pass it to UK Mail for delivery.
If it's the packet (e.g. small item) service, UK Mail then pass it to royal mail (normally by first class, not recorded, delivery).
How is everyone's tracking status for orders from Apple?
Mine is still showing up as 'Ready for UPS'.

I'm waiting for mine. After seeing these posts for cases not turning up with Royal Mail, I chose the courier option for delivery on the case yesterday. Was the same price for delivery (originally ordered the silicon case with my phone on the 12th but doesn't dispatch until October so cancelled it).
Ups should be delivering it today. So anyone buying a case it's worth changing the delivery options for it!

We're meant to be getting a text today/tonight confirming delivery and then one tomorrow about times etc.
Don't even think about getting that sandwich.
The UPS guy just needs a signature from someone at the address. If it is a company name on the delivery then any employee of that company will do. Remember they are in a hurry so they won't be too bothered to track you down personally.
iPhone 6 Leather Case
My leather case arrived today, I applied it to the dummy unit I have and it looks really nice, can't wait to get the actual phone tomorrow!

I just rang them and tried this - the lady said they have to attempt one delivery before they can allow pickup from depot.
Maybe I just spoke to the wrong person.
With iPhone launches, normal UPS times go out of the window. Stuff will be getting collected all through tonight, deliveries will start earlier than normal and finish later than normal tomorrow. Don't get too hung up on statuses - a couple of years ago mine got delivered when it was still saying "collection arranged"
