They can't swap it in store as it's different stock. The poor guy at EE who answered my call really got a b*llocking. I called EE twice during the week on unrelated matters and both times at the end of the call i asked them the status of my order as i hadn't heard anything since ordering over the phone at 08:50 last friday and both times they confirmed it was a 64gb i'd ordered.

They will fob you off and tell you to go through customer services. Don't take no for an answer and even if you appear to be get automatic responses know that your emails are being read!
