If it left on a non-UPS flight, the only one I can see that left Korea that could get anywhere near on time for shipping in the morning is KLM856, due to land in Amsterdam at 3:37am UK time, perhaps enough time to take the stuff off and stick it on another plane for a quick hop to the UK... just don't see it happening!
Oh coolmy current status on UPS is: Shanghai, China 09/19/2014 8:33 P.M - Pkg shipped; delivery being scheduled.
So I'm guessing it's on a plane on the way to somewhere, hopefully straight to the UK for delivery tomorrow![]()
Are you sure that UPS actually does deliveries on Saturday?
The way the email is worded suggests we won't get tracking until saturday morning, that makes me think we might be getting phones that are already in the UK as I said relier maybe Phones4U stock![]()
my i6+ has been sitting in Korea since around 10am (19:10 local time).
As much as I like the idea of Apple delivering early tomorrow I highly doubt that its going to make it.. unless as someone earlier said, they have local stock they've re-allocated.. all very dubious.
thats the thing, UPS haven't said a thing, just the random email people have got from Apple. UPS showing my phone in Korea.

Original apple dispatch email said 23/09 but their email from earlier this evening said it will come tomorrow.
Apple's email smells of bs to me. I'd be happy with the 22nd but don't want to miss it tomorrow/waste a day waiting for nothing.
will see if things have changed by the morning and if not, call Apple.
straws and clinging
wouldn't p4u stock be ones the lock to a carrier, i guess thats just an update to the stock DBs at apple to change but I just think apple would be crazy to do all this to deliver 2 days earlier
Sounds great and positive! No doubt the screen must be amazing on the plus.
How is it in jean pockets? No problems? I guess like you say the thinness makes a hell of a difference.
I went for the 6 myself as I thought the plus would be too big for my needs and sometimes I struggle with my 4S in my jean pockets lol.
So it seems theres a whole bunch of us with an update showing that the phone was last scanned as an arrival scan in Incheon Korea at 19:10 hrs yesterday (which was yesterday morning for us)- and supposedly hasn't moved since then??........except we've all had mails from Apple saying that we will have our phones tomorrow? Now either a) its all bollox and they are still in Korea....
..or b) they flew out of Korea yesterday , and they will be here tomorrow. It is technically possible if they left yesterday I would say.

Am I safe to open the box then?! In an overwhelming display of willpower (and looking after 1 year old twins) my + is still boxed 8 hours after delivery because after seeing the case I'm a bit worried it's too big.
Wishful thinking!Oh well I was initially told the 30th so I'm very pleased with monday the 22nd, saturday would just be a bonus
Based only on my one time experience earlier, it's a breeze. I reserved a Space Gray iPhone 6 128Gb last Saturday having missed out on the pre order route and thinking I would have my 5S for the foreseeable future. However, Apple had a range of variants in my local Apple Store (Victoria Square) and I picked it up earlier today with no problem whatsoever.
indeed.. i was over the moon to think Monday so anytime next week is a bonus!
I just want to know about tomorrow for sure, I'm meant to be taking my son to a 4th birthday party.. can't risk missing my delivery for the sake of playing party games!
but then again, with all of this tracking it is a bit like pass the parcel!![]()
Here's a pic to use to see if you have any dead pixels. I did last year. View attachment 493988

I think in the morning it may be in the UK once it's landed you have no worries. Ive worked in a export company we've shioped a package at 6pm UK time and the next day it was delivered in China. I really admire ups they can pull Magic!
Is the 10 October /17th moving for anyone ?,turned up at 6 30 Bromley today andy he 6 plus were gone now looking to reserve and collect if no movement on the delivery dates
one can only hope!
the only way we could get them tomorrow is if the phones are already in the UK and with the courier making its way to the local hubs.. nothing points to this.
the one lingering doubt is the email said specifically we can track from tomorrow morning.. maybe they do have stock they are re-allocating.
but logistically that would be a real ball ache given the phones are already with the courier. The serial number on support profile has not changed either..
ok writing all that has made my mind up for me.. it will come next week![]()
I rang Apple earlier about this out of curiosity. Nice guy on the phone, he seemed to think they were sent in error ("we have had a lot of queries about these sir"). He reckoned the delivery would be Monday.
That said, this isn't the first time I've had a UPS status "hang" and then be out for delivery. Just seems like a lot of crazy extra effort to make a bee-line for the UK with these.
