this is what it looks like to be stuck in Korea and have the email from Apple saying delivery today!
Although it UPS website now shows no schduled delivery date available, but before the apple email it showed Monday delivery.

So I'm one of the 30-3 lot. Ordered a 16GB 6 on the 14th.
I got a dispatch email from Apple last night with an estimated delivery for the 25th. When I tracked it on the UPS site it was in China and said 22nd.
This morning: On the Apple site, it shows an est delivery of the 22nd. But when I track through UPS it just states 'rescheduled delivery' with the latest update showing as: Shenzhen, China 20/09/2014 10:08 Pkg shipped; delivery being scheduled.
Anybody else getting this?
Worst comes to worse it arrives a little late, the email from Apple said the 25th so that's the latest it'll arrive I guess. Still 5 days earlier than my original estimate so I can't complain.
Not sure why everyones getting so agro over 'shipping incompitencies', it seems very few, if any, are receiving their iPhones late.

The phone took the China / Dubai / Cologne route & arrived in Castle Donnington at 0530 today, then on to Leeds at 0700.
I'd expected it to stay there until Monday, but I expect UPS are just as keen to get them cleared out so they can get on with business-as-usual, I bet their other business customers are playing Hell. I hope this is useful for those waiting, all the best.

Mine is exactly the same apart from mines in Shanghai apparently and has been since 1:33pm UK time yesterday.
My Apple order status still says delivery on 22nd but on UPS it's saying delivery date not available at the moment.
It's getting frustrating cos my iPhone has been in the same place for 24 hours!!

Out of curiosity. Where in China has your shipment originated?
I'm hoping UPS are just pushing things through fast and forgetting about tracking for now just to get them delivered fast.
Think my two iPhones are getting a free holiday!

The order status on the Apple website is correct - it doesn't need to be updated.
The errant email also directs you to the order status - "on Saturday morning you will be able to track your order by visiting Order Status".

I tried calling UPS, to see my progress. I had received the email from apple saying it would deliver today, it has arrived in chelmsford (my closest depot) but UPS said on an automated line a 23rd delivery date. Anyone else getting this??
Where was your last scan on the UPS website as my local depot is also Chelmsford.

if you go to the US UPS site, then track your parcel, then click contact -> live chat, you will see a more uptodate track. The main page says mine is scanned out of Castle Don, but the live chatt says its in reading, confirmed by the lady at UPS i just spoke to

But my order status shows me nothing, other than it has been dispatch not an expected delivery date. So yes it does need to be updated, they have two items valued at £1400 I don't care when it gets delivered as long as I can be here to sign for them.
Missed my UPS delivery yesterday so have to wait til monday to go and collect it.
