UK iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus Thread

lakeside anyone? No good for me

Any idea whether to go for a apple leather, silicone or spiegen case for the plus when I finally locate one.?

This 'bendgate' stuff gets on my tits. I wear 400 quids worth of specs - I don't sling them in my pocket and expect them to remain undamaged - I look after them. If I knew I couldn't be bothered to look after them I'd be more sensible to buy a cheaper pair, knowing they need replacing sooner. Same with the phones, if you can't or don't want to pay a bit more time and effort looking after your gadget - DON'T buy one. All thin phones get bending reviews on launch - get over it! ps still bloody waiting for UPS

Yes got 2, black for my boyfriend and blue for myself, it just looked beautiful so I got it :) red does get dirty quickly hence my decision to get the blue one.

Yay! My mum was in town so I phoned her to see if EE had any 6+'s in stock. Anyway, she passed me over to the lady, had a chat and agreed on a contract. Mum is paying for it now through the business and can't wait to see it!! BUZZING

Exactly, take care of it and it will be fine, and if it is not your fault that it bent, then apple will replace it.

I have a blue Silicone Case on the way :) Must remember to cancel my other EE order online else I'll have two contracts and two phones!!!!

I liked the feel of leather compared to the silicone one :) and yes once I have phone in my hands I'm cancelling online one :)

so i contacted three and they said yes stock had arrived but they weren't going for the older orders they were going to new upgrades or new customers. i asked why this was happening and he didn't know. He did say i could cancel my upgrade and then rebook it but it would be a 24 hr wait for cancellation and in that time stock could have been exhausted and so it could be later than the 3rd if i did that. i won't be going via three the next upgrade i'll go through the sim free option.

Does anyone have three customer complaints email address ?

So, I switched from EE to 3 back in June and just opted for the monthly rolling sim option until the iPhone 6+ came out.
Pre-ordered in store and got messed about with dates.
Saw this thread earlier, went on line and couldn't believe it when I saw the iPhone 6+ 64Gig Space Grey in stock for next day delivery or delivery to store. Spoke with customer services and apparently it is 'different stock' for new customers.
So i've just ordered one on-line for delivery tomorrow (to the store) and I'll cancel my upgrade whilst I'm there!

Crazy crazy crazy Three!!!!

I'm just in a good position that I've been able to do that!

Lol, i've not seen either, just took the plunge LMAO :D. Lol, I'd do that but i'm scared my online one will get dispatched today, then I would be DOOMED :(

Oh hope not, that would suck. Has your mum actually got the phone for you? If so can you not just cancel online now?

Yep. She is paying for it now, luckily she had her business card with her otherwise I'd still be waiting :(. I'm out at the moment and too excited to talk to some sad person on the other end of EE :D

Yeah red is gorgeous but its gonna be changed in a few months and al end up buying it again so thought blue was better for me. i'd bought purple if there was such an option.

Thats true. Ring them, you might get a competent apple employee who knows what is going on. Worth a try
