My Brother changed from O2 to Tesco which also uses the o2 network.
He says it was the best he has done in ages.
Customer care is great, great prices and a rapid connection.
Basically if you want to stay on O2, Tesco is a valid alternative.

Oh yes... They were indeed stressful and later when the phone was 'eventually' released we then had to endure the courier not keeping the delivery details up to date.
Wondering why it's hard to land the model your after in-store? I was in Apple Stratford City last week and saw three "business" customers walk out with 18 iPhones between them. All 64GB in the three colours. Additional info: availability of the 64GB models went to zero.
The manager was livid, and told them they were depriving genuine customers but apparently nothing could be done about it.

I ended up buying a 16Gb off a scalper for £470 and a few days ago I got a 128Gb one for £530. I have to admit that it is very satisfying to see them stuck with stock and having to take what they can get for them.
Well my not even two week old 6 is bent. It's not massively noticeable but when you out it on a flat surface, by the volume rockets it turns up slightly.
So it's going back tomorrow and I am expecting a refund.
I would ask for an exchange but to be honest my confidence in them is now zero. Was convinced it wouldn't happen to me etc.
So will grab a cheap android for the year and wait until after the 6s has been released an hope they sort the issue out.
Before anyone asks, I never put it in my pocket ever, It went out of the box and into a case, it's never been dropped or bumped or anything else that could have caused it. I have a two year old 5 still in pristine condition. And I mean pristine, I always take extremely good care of my gadgets. So I've no idea how this has happened.

Curious, does a sim from an iPhone 5 work on the 6? I am with three, and would like to swap my sim as painless as possible
Would sound like a manufacturing fault unless you know it was straight out of the box. I have a 6Plus that I checked out of the box and have handled it the same as you and it's still fine.
I triple checked it when I got it to be sure it was perfect. It was.
As I said in another thread. I know this issue isn't anywhere near as widespread as the media would have you believe. There's 500 or so on the 1 of 9 website. And say there's a few more thousand not on there then even that is a minute percentage out of the total amount sold. So I am obviously in the minority. But there is an issue here. A issue with a small amount of handsets yes, but still, there's an issue.
And it has knocked my confidence is the product.
I would have exchanged but then I'd not have enjoyed owning the 6 as I'd have just spent all my time worrying it was going to bend.
So I've ordered a moto g for £105. I'll use that until the next iPhone is out and see what happens then and if the issue has been sorted. And if so I'll go back to an iPhone. Because despite this. I bloody love iPhones.
Edited to add. I have a ringke fusion case I now obviously have no need for. If anyone in the UK wants it drop me a PM and I'll post it off free of charge. Rather it was used than wasted.

I'm on the hunt for a 128GB 6 plus today. My local O2 store don't have any in stock. They say they might get some in later today. Apparently they have stock in a store 30 mins away so I'm going to try there.
Mine said the same. Ordered my 64GB SG on Nov 10th and it was dispatched on the 27th due for delivery on Thursday. So about just over two weeks dispatch and over 3 for delivery.
Not all models. Common or easy to find ones such as a 6/16GB are shipped locally. A 6/64GB a friend ordered came from China though.
