That it hasn't gone through correctly.

Called my Bank and they didn't see any transaction relating to Apple at all.

Apple offered collect in store. Can anyone confirm that it promises you a phone for the time and date you selected.

Mine went to Processing immediately. Got the email at 8:28am. Checked my bank and there's a hold for the amount on my credit card.

I wouldn't worry - no one will have had money taken yet, until phones are despatched. Apple will have placed a hold on the funds for people paying by credit card, but some debit cards don't allow holds so that's why you're not seeing anything. Keep calm and carry on.

After i phoned HSBC and made sure the payment was authorised it moved to 'Processing'.

I started a new contract, and it's the first time I've tried to get an iPhone on the pre-orders date so I was just kind of in a rush to make sure I got one lol!

I used a different delivery address to my billing if anyone is interested. Seems to have worked fine!

I've got a hold on my Halifax debit card however not moved to processing. Ordered at 8.38am

6+ shipping dates all to either 7-10 days, or 3-4 weeks... Supplies are surely limited as reported!
6 most models are slipping as well, only a couple of the 16GB still available for the 19th.
Had a very hard time getting through, app and website, and finally managed with a direct link posted earlier, thanks for that!
6 Space Gray 64, Email received at 8.42, delivery still for the 19th thankfully, but must have been close to not getting it!
Horrible experience this year...

I didn't use Santander this time but I have in the past.

Every single time the order has been held by fraud prevention. The trouble is you'll get a call back in hours - it can be worth giving them a quick call after placing an order to inform them that it is legitimate.

What's the point of ordering early if I get a delivery date of 10th - 17th October? Ordered it around 8.45 UK time when I eventually got onto the store. No option to collect from store

I think it just varies on different banks and the time it takes for it to be held, don't worry people.

If you're worried that much, phone your bank!
