gonna sell my 128Gb 6+ to the mrs for £250 and go for the 6s+ 128gb.

Who says love is dead? :p

They were 99p a couple days ago free delivery, i ordered 4 cases, 2 glass screen protectors and 3 packs of crystal screen protectors!!

I suppose they held the price down to entice early purchases prior to the official unveiling. Still, £3.99 is a good price for those of us who are yet to buy a case. I always tend to keep mine naked, so will have a think.

I'll be selling my 64GB iPhone 6 (space gray) to a friend, I think. Anyone have any idea what fair mates rates would be? It's in literally perfect condition (put it in the Apple silicon case the moment I took it out the box).

Also, I reserved one last year for in-store collection and payment, which is my preferred way of doing it anyway. I'm assuming some of you here did the same — did that option become available on launch day at the same time as regular preorders?

I'd say a fair mates rate would the price you've been quoted by a recycling company e.g. Envirofone etc. If not, then anywhere between that price and the going eBay/CEX prices.

Yes, I believe in store collection was an option at preorder time. This is how I plan to do it for the 6s too.

If it has the same amount of RAM I think it's unlikely to be faster.

Whether it's the same amount of RAM, or not, the 6s will be a faster device, without question. CPU and GPU performance have really seen a big increase.

Are EnviroPhone reliable? I've never used them before so any advice would be helpful.

I've used them for around 7-8 years now for all of my device recycling. In my own experiences, they've always been near the top of the list for how much they'd pay, along with prompt payment. Would recommend. (Use code 'EXTRA5' for an extra 5% on your value).

Can someone confirm whether we can order 2 phones? Need one for myself and one for the missus.

Apple has previously placed a limit of 2 devices per customer. I see no reason why this would change, so you should be fine :)

Sorry if this has been touched on already but does any know if we can Reserve and collect like we did last year, previous years i had waiting in queues for over 20 hours, last year was a doddle, reserved the phone got there at 8am and was out by 8:30am

I always assumed this was just due to network agreements, not hardware limitations. For example 3 offer free roaming in a number of countries, but only 3G. Maybe it's just a disclaimer so we don't assume we can have access to 4G on every network just because it's capable.

4G will work on iPhone 5 (full support from 5s) and above on EE so providing BT mobile offer 4G then it will work on iPhone 6S.

I think so its basically them saying were giving you a piece of hardware that can do it, but its not our problem if your carrier can't provide the software needed for it.

Cheers guys.

I think I'm gonna go for space gray colour myself.

Im hoping we can reserve this year too.

Im going to try pre order if not then reserve it.

Lasy year i was able to reserve for the 25th so it wasnt too bad, this year i think reservations wont be an issue.

I think the 16GB in all colours will be the ones the scalpers will snap up but anything above should be fine.

I think as you say 16Gb will go quickly, I think the 64Gb could also be a contender to be snapped up quick-ish to be honest.

Strange request: can anyone share a photo of their white/silver iPhone 6 with their black iPad Air please?

I have a black slate iPhone 5 and I'm contemplating a white silver 6s just to freshen things up. I think the photo comparison above would help me make my choice. Thanks!

I really hope we can, does any know if its 8am UK time tomorrow morning for pre-orders?

Bizarrely enough, I'm relatively interested in the 6S. Will wait for reviews first though.

I'm torn also. I like the brighter White of the silver but like the space grey dock :p

The Silver might look fine in a Space Grey dock. All these colours are the same tone so I think you can potentially mix and match a bit. I held the back of someone's Space Grey 6 iPhone against my gold rMacBook and it looked quite nice contrast.

Live photo seems fun.

I agree! Wonder how they'll look when posted to say Facebook? Whether you will just get the still or the moving image? Seems from the info on the apple website that you'll just be able to relive on your phone or other Apple devices.

I think if you take them off the iPhone they are just normal photos.

I wonder if the Rose Gold will be short supply because it's a new colour and that a number of men will shy away from it as they perceive it as pink.

Carrier prices should be coming soon as the gap between announcement and pre-order is short :) Not sure if I should renew my contract(12 months, 50£ month, 300 deposit) or buy it outright (£700).
