The wife leaves for work at 6:45am so I'll check tracking info then and see if I have a time slot or anything. Probably go back to sleep and then wake up at 8ish. Do the washing up, tidy the house, Hoover, then bake some rocky road, and then play PES until the delivery arrives!

Wahoo I have movement, 6s Plus 128GB

Got my dispatch note yesterday around this time. It's a 24 hour service and there was no movement overnight, so I think they're doing something similar to other companies and just processing all of the consignment setups.

Paid £5 to upgrade the delivery to tomorrow 8-12. CPW confirmed by email so I guess it should arrive.

What's everyone's plans launch day? I'm planning on sitting on my Xbox whilst I wait impatiently for my phone to turn up!! It's boring for me though as I'm up a drive there's no false alarms to get excited about :(

I'll have mine shipped at my work place. Bringing my MBP as we don't have wifi and can't wait to get back home to activate it

That's interesting if that actually works

I'll be at work after I collect my reservation and I'll be taking my rMB to work too so I can set up new phone with iTunes back up. Will also be nipping to Post Office in my lunch hour to post off current phone to Envirofone. Husband out Friday night so I have all evening to get acquainted with

You sound almost as wonderful as my husband! He doesn't game which I consider a bonus though nor does he cook or bake but he does clean up after my cooking and baking and removes all the dead (or live) things our cats bring home!

What network did you get yours on? Mines on o2 and I've had a few emails from o2 saying a new accounts been created etc as its a new contract (my old one ended in June and I've been patiently waiting since!)

I don't want to lose any of my  Watch or Health data so will be doing an encrypted backup and restoring from that.

When I open the new iPhone 6s Plus do I turn it on and then connect it to my MacBook? Then will it prompt to set it up? Never restored from a backup via iTunes before.

Just called DPD to ask about the next step as I also paid to have it delivered early. At this stage the package is still with the sender (Carphone Warehouse) If by any chance that DPD receive the package by tonight then it could be delivered at the ordered time slot. If thats not the case my assumption is that they will be with DPD sometime Thursday ready for a Friday delivery.

Yea during set up you will be asked if you would like to restore from a backup, choose that option and then connect to your Mac and job done!

I'm thinking I might set my phone as a new device. Rather than restoring from a back up. I'm only going to lose a few settings and iMessages.

Hmm, I may do the same thing too. I've been using my restored data since iPhone 3G and it's got a lot of crap built up...

Biting my fingernails anxiously all day at work, with my new phone that I would have picked up earlier in the morning carefully secured in my bag. I might fall sick post lunch and get back home early and finally have my date with the new phone early in the evening :D

I've got a 6s+ coming on Friday that I'm sending straight back and I'm still clicking on the tracker feverishly! The excitement is too much! No movement so far.
