Totally bemused how some people are getting info from O2. Have tried the chat now a couple of times and they swear blind that emails will be sent on the 25th and not before. They cannot tell anyone beforehand and anyone who has received tracking info before then has received it in error!!!

hmm.. didn't realize that. so you're saying the only way to get a 6s in the uk after the 25 is to make some kind of a pre order? this is more serious than i thought!

It's a reserve and collect system, you reserve and have to go in to the shop at a specified time the following day.

Try the chat mate, they sometimes provide different info. Like I have said previously, I managed to get my UKMail tracking number and the IMEI number of my 6S Plus. I have rang twice, they have been able to to give me the same info both times.

ok then. so is this reserve and collect system WILL be available the next few weeks? or will this might also be out of stock after the 25?

Tried the web chat and got nothing.

They said the usual have until launch day blah blah and then they can provide me with a tracking number. My guess is I have to wait till October lol

We have no crystal balls here but from previous years small amounts of stock do arrive and its often a matter of checking daily. It's harder for people who have no easy access to an Apple Store in which case an online order is prob the way to go.

My wife tried phoning and I've tried the chat option twice now - always same result. I've come to conclusion that its not being delivered Friday. If your getting it Friday you can get tracking information like you have. If they cannot give that information to you now then it isn't happening and its wait and see just how long you have to wait.

If you live near a store the 16GB one in 6S were plenty in all colours (except rose gold). So once reservations back up on 26th you will almost certainly get one. I alao think the 16GB will be plenty for walk ins too.

Are there any rules you get given with a reservation? I'm thinking of changing my order now you've said that but, because of work, I just wondered if you get given a certain day or time to pick it up, or if you have to go and get it ASAP otherwise it gets given to the next person etc.

What is reserved at midnight has to be collected the following day (I seem to remember hourly slots were allocated last year).
 
Watching this like a hawk!! :)
