Can I change the address? Also whats the delivery times?
It was a while back on this thread but remember someone tried to order 2 iPhone 6's through my Vodafone account? Well I found out today that they were delivered to the bogus address. This despite Vodafone telling me that they had stopped it (with DPD) and re rooted it to my "real" address. And this was the very same day the phones were ordered! Just waning you if you try and change delivery address.
 
Sorted the payment debacle out. Basically I paid via Apple Pay on the 12th. Put my phone in to apple to be fixed. They disabled Apple Pay. As they never tried to charge me until now this caused the problem. Won't get it til Tuesday now apparently. Think this is probably a postcode thing though.

Just got an email from O2 saying my first bill has already been produced... Cant actually sign in to view when the billing started, but so far I've definitely at least lost out on 2 days of service that I'll end up paying for.

Anyone had this before? Surely they can't start charging me before the phone's in my possession.

Also as an update, got my DPD upgrade cost back; CS advised me to speak with the dispatcher as they haven't received the item yet. Looks like I have to wait like everyone else!

If you have ordered through apple directly, then there is no need to panic as there isn't a single person on this forum that has ordered through apple and gone beyond 'preparing for dispatch', so everyone just relax, finish work, go back home, put on the rugby world cup, have a beer or a glass of wine and wait for the dispatch notices to come through tomorrow. In the past when I have pre-ordered my iphone through apple, I have always had an hour slot, i simply go home from work for that hour slot and come back into work after, done!

Just because you have a bill doesn't mean that you have been billed for two days already. Its prob an advance line rental bill for 25/9 - 28/10. And it was probably explained when you signed up.

Just spoke to O2, they were billing me from "Dispatch" which was the 21st. They've credited me 4 days so I'll technically get delivery day free too.

My phones not delivered till 9th Oct and they have already got my new bill ready to pay :/

Definitely recommend getting in touch with O2. Fairly painful resolution via their chat service.

yeah they can and do.Three Did with me when i started a new contract with S6 edge

Ah sorry I'm with Three :) seem to be the worst company for iPhones lol, I'm hearing NOTHING about Three orders but loads on O2 and EE :(
