Yes I have thought that but part of me feels it's unfair on Apple etc but I guess Apple will just put it in a new box etc.

Always just stuck to the 16GB but feel as if I'm going to need the 64GB now but I'm very inpatient.
If I can reserve a 64GB Saturday I'll go and purchase and return my 16GB via the website.

Yepp online and store stock is handled different and can't be swapped. You can't return online products to the store and vice versa.
Not really I remember my previous orders shipped two days before late in the day maybe 6pm? Still time

talking to apple now just been told this after asking them about tracking if we get it tomorrow it takes 24hours to go live

That does seem unusual. Even though you're outwith "most areas" you'd think it's just the final mile that would be different. Anything on your payment card?

Iv not checked there wasn't as of yesterday, I am not really that worried to be honest. I am excited about getting my new phone but I am not going to stress about something not in my control. (also this one is my girlfriends one, mine is coming from O2)

Oh f*** I just checked my status and it says "Awaiting Payment" My Card could not be authorised.....I Paid by apple pay and there is plenty on the card to authorise it.... I had to disable my Apple Pay to put it in for a genius appointment. He assured me that this wouldn't interrupt any payments I had already authorised.....
Hopefully they will keep it for me for an hour while I get home !

Yeah I've signed for neighbours before and also had post stolen by people who have signed with out my permission lol, they don't ID you.
