OfCOM have tripled the amount carriers have to pay to access the spectrum. I wonder how they'll get the money back for this?

Can the carriers legally just increase the amount you Pay? I'm on a month to month sim and am worried I'll get fleeced badly by this

I guess it depends on your carrier's terms and conditions.

EE, Three, o2 and Virgin Mobile all use RPI to increase line rental as it is; I reckon we'll see a rise in line rental and higher upfront handset costs in the long run.
 
My iPhone 6s Plus is supposedly being delivered by UK Mail, but I don't have a tracking number beginning with a 3.

I have a tracking number that begins with an 8. When I try and track the order on the UK Mail site, nothing can be found.

However, if I access Syncreon with the 8 number and Apple W... order number I can see it was at Ryton GB as of 12:29pm today!

Confused.

The ones starting with 3 are those who most likely ordered from o2 not Apple, like myself.

Yeah the 30** number were on our apple orders earlier but since they have been scanned recently they updated to just the 8** number. Some people still have there 30* number though but trust you're not missing out on anything. You'll probably get a text tomorrow AM with a link.

Taken me forever to catch up on this thread today. Wasn't able to look at all at work. Some people are proper scumbags. Whoever changed the delivery date should be ashamed of themselves. I hope karma gets whoever did it.

Mine was in Birmingham at 7, say's it's heading up too Leeds depot now. Leeds is the nearest one to me so looking good. That's with DPD also.

Parcels will be in a secure lockup which the manager controls, it's not worth the Apple contract for them to release the stock earlier than Apple has told them to.

I don't even want to think! I can only hope UK Mail have sorted themselves out in the last 12 months as I had fun with their delivery service with the 6 last year. I got it in the end but they "couldn't locate" or in my speak LOST my iPhone for about an hour, that was fun. Don't mean to scare anyone, judging by how much money they've spent on the Ryton site they must be doing something right!

You think Leamington is likely to be on the first load of deliveries or on the way back from going out further a field first?

John Lewis had them in stock this morning. They've still got regular 6S. If I were a weaker man I'd just cancel my order and get one from there then pick it up from Waitrose tomorrow.

I had a look at John Lewis a few days ago, saw that they only had the original 6, and thought that they wouldn't be getting the S until the demand had died down a bit...

Ah, my wife hasn't got anything yet so maybe hers isn't coming.. There's still time I guess but I'll prepare her for bad news lol
 
I didn't think 3 upgrade would be delivered tomorrow - they said October not he phone - but just got tracking for them for tomorrow ooooooooo

Just caught up with the last few pages. And it's a little depressing :( I hope you all manage to get phones tommorow! Sorry to hear about what happened

I did. I was told I'd get my phone and to expect tracking details tomorrow morning. Should be the same for your wife :)
