With apple care though if you upgrade your phone every year and you don't use any claims you can't carry it over to another device?

My minds made up. Going to purchase AppleCare +. Probably won't use it but as I say, will give peace of mind. There'll be times ahead when I know I'll "go naked" with my phone and just knowing I have AC+ will make it worth it,....won't it?.....

Heya, good news for me, my Rose Gold 6s+ 128gb is finally preparing to dispatch (I ordered on 27th September, delivery 23rd-30th October). Wait has been killing me!

Id like something as minimalist as this case but can't find it on sale in the UK. Anyone recommend one that's similar?

I want this. Let me know if you find it

The Orzly Flexislim looks similar and has the advantage of covering the bottom as well, it fits the 6s perfectly and has a really nice feel in the hand, feels well made, no rough edges.

£1.99 if you order from G-Hub on Amazon (not the add-on option fulfilled by Amazon, click the price and choose G-Hub direct).

Have you got same link for a plus?

Same link, the line of cases under the description have both Plus and regular.

The second to last is the clear for the Plus:

Orzly® - FlexiSlim Case for Apple iPhone 6 PLUS & 6S PLUS (2014 Version & 2015 Versions of 5.5 Inch Model) - Super Slim (0.35mm) Protective Phone Cover in Semi Transparent WHITE

by ORZLY®

Just found its possible to link to the page you get when you click to buy direct, this should take you straight to the Plus on the second page:

Ok got it thanks! Only transparent white though.

That's what I bought, it looks good on the gold, it's transparent enough for the iPhone colour to show through.

Though do have black as well, second one along in the second link.

Yeah if you have ever dropped a phone before it's worth it I guess.

I mean if you use a case with a cover on you won't need it but i guess even with a bumper if you drop it...the glass could damage

Personally I'm not sure If I will bother. Got until december to decide.

Tempted to get it for my watch though

Just ordered one! Went without the add on, for 6S in 'Smoke Black'. Wanted a minimal scratch stopper, but didnt want the 15-20 squid price tag most were offering! £6.99 will suit me fine!

one thing, after I ordered I checked ebay..1 shiny pound less and can collect from an argos tore just so you know :D

Indeed but that's not my motivation. I don't use cases or screen protectors so I get AC+ for accidental damage protection.

Isn't there a hefty excess for screen replacement or accidental damage though? What would be the difference in price between an AppleCare screen replacement and a non-AppleCare (assume still under warranty)

AppleCare is an excess of £79 I believe if I remember correctly

You've lost me, the case I've linked to is £1.99 from G-Hub on Amazon, it appears to be £5.99 on eBay with Argos collection...

Yes - for each incident of accidental damage, the excess is £79 for the iPhone 6S & 6S Plus (£59 for the iPhone 6). It pays for itself on the first incident of accidental damage.

Without AppleCare, screen replacements are well over £200 (over £300 for the Plus).

Very please with the 6s so far.

Quick question. I have messages set to alerts and previously when I'd get a message I'd click open and it would open in a box in the middle of the screen. Now I click open and it reverts to a banner at the top.

Anyone know what setting I need to change to get alerts back opening the way they used to?
