Users have complained about Touch ID taking too long, not working sometimes, having to place their fingers on the sensor more than once etc.

Its also on my Ipad Air 2, it isnt something i am stabbing pins into a Apple voodoo doll over, its just very annoying. Ive gone from laughing at how feather light i touched the home button, to trying to put my finger through the phone..

Are you running a beta? 9.1 is working properly on my Air 2.

Have you tried removing finger print on the phone and adding again?

Oh that's a shame. Hopefully the next iOS update will fix that. I haven't experienced any issues with my 6S plus or on my iPad Mini 3.

The problem usually comes back for people who have this issue even after re-adding fingerprints, even iOS 9.2 beta hasn't been able to solve this yet.

In terms of TouchID it's definitely a bug within iOS 9 (Beta and Stable) as I find I have to click the home button on my Air 2 whilst on my 6s Plus it's as quick as it first was back in late September.

Two people with some kind of contacts issue does not suggest Apple have a problem to fix.

It's almost certainly down to your setup.

Where are your contacts stored?

Get off your high horse. People are asking if it's happened to others and if it has, what have they done about it.

I'm not on a high horse, I'm just stating a fact.

Kitty has had this issue for a few months now if I recall and I was pointing out that as it only appears to be her (and maybe a friend), it's not an issue "Apple need to fix".

You also skipped over the part where I was trying to help.
