Does anyone know how in store pick up will work? Got my slot 8:15-8:30 but will I be in a big queue with lots of people or will I actually be able to pick it up at that time?
No you won't have to join the queue. There's a seperate queue for reservations.

I can't be the only one having constant "we're sorry we can't find that page" or just plain white pages of nothing?

Been over 50 minutes across many devices and browsers now. I'm highly stressed.
 
Just got confirmation email of a 128GB 6S in Space Grey via the App.

Bit of a delay for the email but it got there, expected delivery date 25/9!

I used this to get my 6 last year and there was a separate, smaller queue for reservations. Show them your email, some ID and your Apple ID and they go and get it for you
 
Managed to brave it and get the Rose Gold 6S 16GB

Used the app but had problems with the billing address. Huge exclamation mark came up then panicked. Confirmation came through in the end. Phew..

Just need to wait for the 25th!

I got a 10am pick up slot and just dont want to be stuck in a long queue. Need to be home by 11:30am

I think it wont take long as it seems Apple are doing online reservations this year so there wont be overnight queues as its reservation only??

I've never done it before, and I have gone for that option this year. From what I have read there is two queues, one for walk in's, and one for reservations. Reservations is obviously faster and your phone can't be sold. Apparently in most stores after the first few hours the queue for reservations isn't long or there at all.
I think if their is stock available you also get the chance to change your order, so say you ordered a gold one but like the look of the rose gold, you maybe able to change it.
 
I ordered a new iPhone 6S contract with Three.......... and failed the instant credit check.

Was told to call their credit team, who looked at my credit file, said no problem you're approved, and took their £99 payment.

Have recently moved house, so maybe not being on the electoral roll caused problems?

Do we know if its UPS shipping them this year? Couldn't you use your order reference number to make up part of the tracking number or something?
 
Apple Store app, Apple Pay, order went through at about 8:08 (as soon as was physcially possible) but NO CONFIRMATION EMAIL!!!

I've got the same problem. Ordered through Apple Store app, paid with a combination of an Apple gift card & the balance on my Amex card. I didn't note down the time but I think it was about 08:10 and 40-ish minutes later still no email confirmation.

I did note down the order number luckily and I logged onto my Amex account just now and can see a £1 charge pending for Apple. That's what I would expect since I think they just put a test transaction on the credit card to test it is valid and will post the actual charge when the product ships.

I think the fact that the order process did generate an order number and did validate my credit card does mean it went through but I'll be a lot happier when I get an email to confirm it. Maybe Apple's systems are getting overloaded and they are putting a lower priority on sending out confirmation emails vs booking new orders.
 
Didn't have any problems with Apple Pay and i even changed my order address from the 2 i have stored (Always get expensive things shipped to my mothers as they can never bloody find my house and it causes all sorts of problems). Didn't have any issues, very smooth. My email confirmation took about 10 minutes to come though.
 
can someone check their order through the app for me?

when i look at my orders and press on the order for more details at the very top it says "order status may be delayed" does others say that or just me?
Yeah, I also can't see any of my previous orders.

I'm guessing they aren't being shown to maybe slightly speed up server speed?
