Loads left of the space grey for in store pickup. Have reserved one for 4:15 so I can pick it up after work.

Had both the app and the web site open and completed my order on the App before the web store had even managed to open (8:07 ish). 6s space grey 64gb. Email conf took about 15 mins but confirmed 25th
Got a 6s Plus 128gb in Gold through the app. Didn't get through until 08:07 and then order confirmation at 08:08 with delivery on 25th.
First time that I've gone for an iPhone that isn't black/slate grey/space grey (and I've had them all). One year of bling for a change. I'm almost certainly going to be mocked by everyone I know.

Got the silver order conf email even though ordered after the rose gold. Still don't have the email order conf for the rose gold some 40-50 mins later.
Both orders placed between 8:05 and 8:15 using the app.
Both orders showing in my account within 5 mins of ordering.

Yep, email came through almost an hour after ordering. Looks like good stock levels

Yes mate, I bagged a 64 gig 6+ in gold, for in store collection at 8.30am on the 25th!

If you have an email, you're sorted. A reservation guarantees you a unit of stock, and they will of course have spares on top of that for various eventualities. I went with the reserve option last year, and the time slots were given in hour windows — this time, they're every fifteen minutes, so it looks like they've tweaked it a bit. Regardless, the reservations system is connected to the inventory system of the individual stores, so don't worry — if you're received the email, there's nothing to worry about.

Has anyone who ordered online for delivery been able to access there apple account online to confirm delivery date and order status?
On the App Store app it just says order received with no delivery dates?

Same here. Orders placed just after 8am. No confirmation email either yet. But I also reserved for pick up just in case....
Mines been like this since 8.10 Am we've got your order' and not 'processing' No email too.
