got 2 OOPS pages. checked order history each time. It was in my order history the second time round. So be careful guys.

for those who can't get it to work on the desktop, try the iOS app. I had success there (just keep pressing if you see those errors... I got through)

Same here... been trying for 45 minutes in Firefox and Safari and the order just never went through. Tried the app instead, and it went through first time.

Same thing here, money has been taken from my bank, but no orders showing on Apple account.

Annoying, don't know if to keep trying or not now.

True, very annoying. I'm just wondering whether to keep trying too...

There is no point trying different browsers, because this will be an Apple website issue. Try app maybe, that might help...

Ive tried the website twice both times got the oops. No orders in history. Went via the app store app and it failed at the processing stage. That's three times. argh!! Im going to wait till tomoro now. don't want a 3rd order going through.

Just try, if you get oops check order history, if theres nothing there try again. Maybe check order history on the app it seems to be more stable.

If you can't do it online, i iOS app seems the way forward, it worked for me.

Success! FINALLY.
After what must've been a hundred attempts, all told.
64GB Wi-Fi white, is on order. Just waiting for the confirmation email.

I've only had 16GB Wi-F1 iPads so far, but with apps etc due to get larger, I think a bigger model is better, as I was already struggling with 16GB.

Yes! 32GB WiFi Black went through finally! (I think, I got an error but it's showing up in my account) although apple seem to be holding an extra £9.99 on my card... is that normal? Ive never pre-ordered from Apple before...

I'm using the Apple Store app on the iPhone 4S and it's been saying:

"Processing" with a spinning icon now for over five minutes.

How long should it take? No errors yet...

Yep website always coming up with ooops error, so tried app and got 32gb iPad straight away. Just trying to get the apple tv seperate now but stuck on processing for last 5 mins!?
