Oh and if you did wanna get rid of it, just double tap home press play on the music then put the volume to 0, then press pause and volume back up and it should be silent. I even think they may patch this...cos If I can do that it must be software

Mine is a delivery of few words...I assume it went through Liege with a false moustache and a hat pulled over its eyes...who's to say if it's out for delivery now or not?

If u turn ur touch on and have ur headphones in but no music is playing can you hear anything? Such as a background fuzz? Itll be quiet mind. Let me know cheers mate.

Not sure about the TNT routing. Mine landed in Stansted, then was driven to Milton (nr Oxford). It's now on it's way to Chesham in Bucks.
I assumed it would land in Luton only 25 mins from here.
I'm sure there is some logic behind it....
How things change in a day. About this time yesterday TNT told me that I would definitely not have my hands on my touch until the 11th October, but I have woken up this morning to find.....

Most drivers for delivery companies do Timed deliveries first, then businesses and then residential and collections on there way back to the depot, you will only get it early if your in a place that the driver wont be visiting on his way back to the depot, or at least thats how things worked when I did it but i guess some places will be different to others,
So, my week 38 has been delivered, side by side testing with my week 37, and the week 37 has come out on top
The black look the same on both, both fine psot update, but on the week 38 the screen isn't quite as bright and seems a bit duller, so I think i'll keep my week 37

Wow...Just phoned TNT after getting all excited that it said it was out for delivery to be then told that I shouldn't believe what it says on the tracking and still to expect it on the 11th October.

TNT said that they were having loads of problems with the Apple packages. But I don't understand why they would update the tracking information wrongly. If it isn't in England don't say it is .

Personally I think some of the TNT phone staff simply don't have a clue and are making things up. I can't see how the tracking can possibly be wrong as it uses barcodes.
For example one support agent I called tried to tell me my iPod was still sat in China or Belgium or somewhere (can't remember where, the tracking said there was a "technical fault" at the location) and this "technical fault" actually meant they were off on holiday for a week?! Yet I had the tracking information right in front of me, it'd already passed that stage and sure enough it was delivered later that day.
Typical call centre really, they just make stuff up to try and end the call quickly and keep their quota up. At least they answer promptly and kind of half understand (first one I got actually impressed me with her helpfulness and understanding, hit and miss I guess) but take whatever they say with a grain of salt.
Good luck to those who are waiting, I know it's tedious but it's well worth it when it arrives
