I am no longer able to look at my tracking page on Apple and my delivery date has gone. Also the tracking number that was only on the US store has popped up on the German one too. Things are progressing! :) Oh and I am TNT.

And mine.... What are they up to now? I was with TNT UK Ltd.

It wont as its already in the UK and isn't out for delivery.

Not true. I should state this categorically. ALL IPADS PRE-ORDERED ARE BEING SHIPPED INTO THE UK. There are NO iPads already in the UK, waiting to be delivered.

If your consignment number is not working on the TNT UK site, it's because you've selected the wrong tab. There are 2 tabs for 'Track Package' in the TNT UK site, if you look carefully. One is Track National (which is selected by default). The other is 'Track International', which you must select. For UK pre-orders, all orders of iPads (both wifi only and 3G models) depart from Foxconn's factory in Shenzhen, where they are manufactured and make their way through Shenzhen, Hong Kong, a TNT hub, most likely Liege before arriving in UK and heading for respective cities. Orders that already show 'in transit', arriving some time around 1800 in Hong Kong, will depart Hong Kong late today. The estimated delivery is the 27th (given adequate allowance for customs clearance) although there's the possibility of a 26th delivery.

How do you know this?

Various people on here have spoken to AppleStore reps and they have confirmed that some iPads (mainly 3Gs?) ARE in the UK (Birmingham).

Also, some us had 'TNT UK Ltd' as the carrier showing on the US Store - my previous Apple orders showing a UK carrier shipped from the UK.

How are you so sure of this? Mine is coming from China in just the way you suggest, yet plenty of other people have received different tracking info that suggests some models are coming from the UK.

As for the flight from HK, one plane has already gone, via Dubai, the next one will be leaving HK at about 4.30am UK time tomorrow, arriving in Liege Tuesday evening around 5pm as far as I can tell.

How do you know? Or, to put it another way, why is your info any more credible than that posted earlier in the thread?

Thats odd you seem to know more than Apple do then. I did try the numbers ob both the domestic and international options on the TNT site and they dont work. The person at Apple told me that was because the iPad is already in the UK. Why would he lie? He also said the case and camera kit are separate and would join the iPad shortly. No tracking because it has not been despatched to you from TNT in the UK yet.

No, sorry, definitely doesn't work.

Any more suggestions?

Anyone elses ipad still saying "not yet shipped"? I ordered mine on the 10th email confirmation said 28th May but my order status on apple site says June :(

Yep - in the same boat! Still waiting for it to turn form 'not yet shipped' having ordered at 0430 on 10th May

Mild concern yesterday has turned into moderate concern. :(

My UPS tracking numbers work just fine, though ATM, they just say "billing information received".

My apple order status has changed from "delivery tomorrow", to "delivery date unknown".

I doubt they'll be coming out early, but that's just IMO :)

Well that's completely false. I spoke to two apple reps today who stated CATEGORICALLY that 3G iPads are in the UK, Birmingham to be precise.

Call UPS on 0115 971 6100 and find out if its going to be picked up today for delivery tomorrow. They've told me that my package will be delivered tomorrow, a second confirmation would help :)

can no longer track through either site. UK site now updated with same info as US.

Estimated delivery is not available and tracking numbers are now not clickable.

He seems very well informed considering he only joined the forums today and that was his first post. Nope Jobs or Steve aren't an anagram of his name.

I'm out and about ATM, but may give them a call later :)

I have a feeling that when UPS pick them up, they'll be instructed to hold them 'til friday.

Interesting! I'm with TNT and is blank for mine unfortunately. I don't expect it to come until Friday. Even if they're in the UK I suspect it'll have a "Do not deliver until the 28th" stamp or note on the package.

Not quite. If you read your notification it says 'ON OR BEFORE'. Because the iPad's already been launched, Apple isn't holding it back. They've even gone ahead to open the UK app store for all those that got theirs in the US.

I have that.

I can't get either of my UPS tracking numbers to work. Is this a problem do you think i should phone then?

BS. My iPad's a 3G model and it is presently sitting in Hong Kong, waiting a flight to head to Europe.

Ummm I'm in the same boat as others, all of my tracking details have gone, but the references are still showing but grayed out (used to be a hyperlink)

US store matches the UK store now, but I cannot see anything at all on TNT's site or UPS's site for the reference numbers.

Apple said to me that I WILL get it for the 28th or before, TNT say that the shipments are not even on their systems... ummmm.... parcel limbo???
