Apple has still not signed on for CES if that's what you're referring to.

The January timeframe is actually because that's when Arrandale is rumored to be shipping.

Apple actually sells few of those adapters or peripherals missing from laptops, with the exception of Fax Modems and Cables, (Mini DisplayPort/VGA HDMI/DVI, etc.)

Top Selling of Stuff all is still Stuff all.

The TapeDrive gets "TopSelling" in the url.

I dont think it means anything.

Perhaps his response was inspired by this previous post, which was erroneously directed toward you, but was actually aimed at him:
Dude, you got owned. It is time you stopped posting on this thread to save yourself further embarrassment :p.

Perhaps his response was inspired by this previous post...

No, the post was inspired by simple fact that the Apple store contradicted a claim that you made.

I chose the "pwned" cliché because the "<adjective> fail" cliché is getting tired. You have to rotate your clichés to keep them fresh.

Of course, you don't respond to your mistake - but instead turned it into another tiresome ad hominem retort directed at me.

I claimed few, not none - your consistent lack of attention to detail has gotten old long ago.

Most ad hominum retorts directed toward you are from posters other than myself, and those

numbers are growing. You can cry 'victim' all you want, however, your pretentious nature will

garner little pity from the masses.

I claimed few, not none...

And the "topSellers" label calls that claim of "few" into question - and that was just for one item.

The point is that be it USB hubs or floppy drives or dongles - there is a cha-ching for Apple for every feature that they remove (or port count that they reduce) from their Apples.

It garners pity if you don't see the connection....

The Smartdisk 2x USB floppy drive, being one of the lowest ranking (9 out of 11) within a "Top Sellers" category of an already extremely miniscule sector, hardly proves anything more

than that it had been outsold by an $11, 800.00 Tandberg T80+ Slot Tape Storage Library, which likely amounted to one unit per every two years. The only things called into question here are your

insights and sensibility. When, and if, Apple removes a feature, the price of the unit is often reduced in tandem. Furthermore, purchasing a third party peripheral through Apple mostly benefits the

manufacturer, which takes the majority of profit, and allots only a small portion to Apple. Your conspiracy theory is, therefore, rather flawed - in sync with your logic.

Talk about hypocritical.

Stuff all of Stuff all is Stuff all. :D

so i´v notice that the products on apple.com always says new, "the new imac the new macbook" the new macmini" and two week ago it said the new macbook pro and new iphone  - in mac language "NEW" is ´what ever we got until we have something "NEW" ´

[i hate apple]

Maybe only for not really updated 17 inch model

Maybe apple is only going to put the "Work Horse" only in the 17 inch model because of the fact that only the most expensive version of the I mac has the i5 and i7. Maybe apple wants to bring those proccessors only to the most expensive machines
