Untethered iOS 4.3.1 Jailbreak coming in Few Hours (confirmed!)

I read this at tipb:
Over the weekend the Dev-Team let the world know that if #sundayisfunday started trending on Twitter theyd release an untethered jailbreak shortly after. It has since been confirmed that theyre planning to release the official tools at GMT-8, which should translate for us in the US and Canada to the following times:
12AM Pacific
1AM Mountain
2AM Central
3AM Eastern

Same here, I'll give it some time for all the bugs if any to be worked out and the huge traffic on cydia to slow down.

I won't. I'll update, but until tomorrow. That way the guinea pigs of the early hours help iron out the bugs.
Also, I sorta need the Wi-Fi hotspot functionality.
Long ago... they pushed the update already. We just don't see Wi-Fi hotspot because we don't have 4.3.1 to give it to us yet.

You do know they already stated several times, the new UltraSn0w update does not unlock new basebands other than 01.59.00. The update is because iPhone software 4.3.1-4.3.0 messes up with the way UltraSn0w works. So we need an update to fix that.
I think there's a number of substantive improvements in 4.3.x which are great. iTunes Home Sharing, Nitro-enabled Safari, Personal Hotspot, expanded AirPlay, and numerous bug/security fixes undoubtedly.
On the Personal Hotspot - that would be nice to activate for occasional use without forking over $20 or more for the "feature". What's the status on that? Does TetherMe or something of that sort support enabling this functionality yet?

I read somewhere (cult of mac or 9to5mac) that TetherMe will support personal hotpost just as it supports native tethering right now.
what's the deal with apple implementing "ASLR" now? will a lot of jailbreak tweaks and apps be broken?
It is, because it allows maximum time of testing before release. GMT -8 has always been the release time. Just like Apple's schedules.
