    Hello!
I was wondering if anyone has been successful installing iOS 13 on Catalina.... I have the new OS and I also have Xcode 11 but once i select the iPSW file on the new Finder device sidebar, it does nothing and I can't upgrade, it just goes blank.

    Any clues?

On 3rd attempt I've installation successful. Put iPhone to recovery mode. It's easier.

In DFU mode, iPhone will restore IPSW successfully

If you upgrade to Catalina, xcode isn't necessary.

    1. Install "macOSDeveloperBetaAccessUtility"
    2. Connect your iphone to the Mac (ideally via cable but otherwise at least have a wifi sync link active)
    3. Navigate to the folder with your IPSW
    4. Hold down the "Option" key on your keybaord
    5. While holding down the option key, double click on the IPSW and it will run from there

    Follow up to this:
    - the method above was succesful on an Ipad and an Iphone 6S plus last week
    - just tried it today on Iphone X and got a similar problem to what the guy above said - no action
