Rep I spoke to didn’t seem to know what’s going on. Didn’t seem like English was his first language so I hung up. I’m just going to sit at my house and waste my day until I get some kind of notification
This was a great idea. The whole transaction was super smooth. Only issue I ran into was different address on ID. Make sure you bring a utility bill or just pull up your banking statement on phone and show the address.
Which did you do? I have a utility bill printed out (I pay all me bills online so no paper mail anymore) but not sure if they want to see an actual utility bill that’s been mailed?

I did not have a utility bill with me so I asked the guy to give me a minute and pulled up my chase statement. He accepted it. Might depend on the person though.

Just another perspective, the address on mine was different than my ID, they just said "oh, the addresses are different" and went and got the phones. Wouldn't hurt to have something as a just in case, but it might not be needed.
If the name doesn't match then the address is supposed to. Back when I got the 6 Plus, the package came in my moms name because she was the AT&T account holder at the time and the guy gave me no problems. I'm pretty sure if the name matches then the address being different on the ID might be okay.Your ID address seriously has to match the package? Even with multiple forms of ID or mail (not a bill) from the address??
UPS delivered it to a different CC from the one I picked. And they don’t open until 430pm, so now I gotta wait all day wahhh.

What does this mean?
"The receiver requested this package to be held for pickup at the UPS facility./We've confirmed arrangements."
I asked for the package to be held at the cc.
