For IUP? I just got an email today that says my payment is actually the 19th, so i assume at launch or associated with when you device is supposed to arrive?
Yeah me too unfortunately. You pay the taxes and first month of the new phone once you get it. I actually had a pending charge for the taxes hit on Sunday the 16th but not the first month yet. iPhone launched on the 20th last year so that’s why we have to make that extra payment for the old phone. Sucks…
My order information on Apple website says that my trade in kit will arrive along with my phone. So I am expecting them to arrive together, I guess.
9/25 originally then bumped to 9/19 - label created on Saturday and has been static since then.
my status went back to "processing" but still a delivery date of 9/19

Your phone will arrive on 9/19. Doesn’t matter if there aren’t any updates or moment. Happens every release
No tracking number for my phone since I'm doing ISPU. I've had the tracking number for my watch, which delivers Friday, for a few days, now. UPS says they don't have it yet, which I'm sure is not exactly correct. I expect it to move tomorrow. Not worried because I've been through the delivery process before and I know how fast the items appear to move. It will be here on Friday.
There's no sign of my trade in kit for the watch yet, which does surprise me. Weirdly, a shipment popped up in FedEx on Sep 11th coming from Apple in CA that was almost immediately cancelled. The box was 11x1x7" and 1 lb. I suppose it could be the trade in kit. But I wonder why it was cancelled?

So disapointing....It was a highlight of new iPhone orders to follow its' travel. That is no more.... Los Angeles here...9/19 delivery of 17 Pro Max... nothing in UPS My Choice.
So I received my case and strap yesterday and just today my credit card pending charge went through for that order. My phone is still showing preparing to ship and credit card is still pending. I wonder if I’ll get that one and then they’ll charge it after. Still not able to track

I’ve had 2 UPS labels listed for me since yesterday. Delivering Friday but waiting on pickup so I suspect they’ll actually start tracking the movement tomorrow.
Was yours sent UPS next day air like mine?
Thought that was odd since they could save postage going ground with the time delays.

I had labels created in the FedEx app for my four return boxes, then two were cancelled, then another one appeared.
I would imagine it will all work out eventually, but it's a little strange to watch.
