Yea I was glad my physical therapy appt got cancelled so I can wait for it to come.
I can confirm this, with my recent online purchase from Apple. The UPS driver left a note even though it had no signature requirement.
This was on a Friday, so I call customer support to complain, and they delivered it on Saturday 😅.
Not as exciting as watching them fly from China but still tracking a flight anyway 😂
I have a pickup order for a 17PM Deep Blue 512GB. I received an email from Apple about 3 hours ago with an invoice indicating that my credit card has been charged in full for the order. I assume that means my phone has arrived at the store and has been set aside for me to to pick up. Just waiting on the "ready for pickup" email.
Wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same. This is odd. Ordered A silver 17 PM 256 GB with confirmation email at 8:03 am ET. Delivery date was 9/25 as a lot of others encountered.
A few days ago, I got two different emails and text messages telling me my order was updated and my phone would now deliver on launch day, 9/19.
Minutes ago, I got another email from Apple, saying my order had shipped and would deliver 9/22. I tapped the tracking number which took me to the Apple Store order page, also saying delivery 9/22. When I tap the tracking number there to review on UPS, the tracking says the label was created a few hours ago and that UPS still does not have possession of my phone.
Where it gets more odd, I refreshed the order page which updated and says delivery tomorrow. But UPS tracking is unchanged.
Normally by this time I would see activity on my phone from China to Alaska to KY etc. but I’m seeing no scans at all for the tracking number. Hoping things are still on track for tomorrow but I’m not optimistic at this point.

I live in the middle of nowhere where we don’t even lock our doors and can’t see your neighbors places. If I gotta sign for something, pretty sure those of you in the cities would have to lol
Yeah same here on my orange 17 PM 512… I’m assuming it’ll be delivered tomorrow, the app says tomorrow, feel like the email when it shipped was just automated cause there wasn’t a scan yet… UPS can sometimes have either delayed scans or if it’s on a pallet no scans till it arrives at the destination hub
ISPU of two phones tomorrow with trade-in. Got email 45 minutes ago that trade-in for one phone is in the works. UPS label from CTDI KBB Jeffersonville IN just popped up--I presume this is the trade-in box. I thought those were expected to come via FedEx? Or is it only the return to the trade-in company that goes by FedEx?
I bet a lot of people are gonna wake up to phones on the way, I wouldn’t get too discouraged yet. From what I’ve seen others say and my own experience, it was nothing until suddenly it started moving fast.
Where does it say the label was created? It could be coming from somewhere in the US which means it's just a short flight from there to your town.
Still in Processing for my BOPIS order tomorrow but I’m not concerned. The phone will be available for me to pickup tomorrow morning as it always has.
On the UPS tracking page. I’ve preordered every iPhone each year since the 3GS, it’s a bit of a ritual for me now as far as tracking goes. Like I said, normally by this time, tracking is showing the departure scan from China, then the arrival scan in AK, then KY, etc. But all I’m seeing is that the label was created.
Here’s hoping things are just glitching out and I will still get it tomorrow. 🤞🏻

Just got my "Ready for Pickup" texts and emails for both iP17PM and AirPods Pro 3. In Los Angeles. Just awaiting for the AppleWatch to come in but it looks like i'm good. 
Received an email from Apple that my order (orange 17PM) is ready for pickup tomorrow at the Apple Store - YAY
