Mine arrived 4.5 hours early, not complaining because it all worked out. I guess UPS drivers can modify the route they take as they see fit, perhaps if traffic is bad

Mine was delivered by 11:30 am in NYC. I ordered through T-Mobile and it required a signature from my doorman.

It's not looking good for me. My 17PM is still stuck in preparing to ship with disappearing arrival date since last night. No updates, no emails, no tracking. The charge for taxes and downpayment which initially posted on Tuesday is still in pending status. The option to cancel the order is no longer available. I'm afraid my delivery is getting pushed to October 😬 I'm one of those who ordered thru Apple within minutes of pre-order opening that got 9/25 then changed to 9/19. Now I don't even have a date😠

Pretty similar to my situation something went wrong this year at apple

So mine has been pushed from today to Monday on UPS’s website due to a delayed flight. Looks like it arrived at the local facility at 9am just after they loaded trucks. It just updated to show processing about 3hrs later. Was holding out hope that it made it on the truck but seems unlikely. Apple is still showing delivery today though.

Well, after not getting any notice of tracking this whole week, UPS app just lit up with Out for Delivery and the previous scans. UPS must be having issues with their system or something.
Besides that, my phone will be here this afternoon!

Mine went from 11:30-1:30pm window to Delivery by 7pm :/ I’m hoping for a decent delivery time. One year I got it at 8pm lol

Is live tracking only for my choice premium? Every time I click the option it prompts me to login then says email not valid

Yes you have to sign (or at least experience may vary by user), my delivery has now been delayed to Monday since UPS attempted delivery and I was not home.

Canceled online order with delivery date of 10/6-10/13 and picking up tomorrow at my local Apple store. Wohoooo

I got all of mine setup and my IUP trade ins completed at the Apple Store . I was allowed to complete my setups, then turn in the old phones and close the loans. Also, I had the option to skip upgrading to the latest iOS 26 by the system and continue the setup process. It went fairly quickly even in the store’s busy WiFi.

I think you can get away with arriving a little before your pickup time but not like an hour before. It may depend on the store.

I tried to show up 30 mins early last year and even with barely anyone there they refused.

I had something similar happen with the iPhone 14. No updates whatsoever then that night a driver showed up with the phone.

The Air was nice to hold, but I don't find the 17PM that big or heavy, i'd thought I'd notice it was heavier than the 16PM, but did not.

I have big hands! And you know what they say about guys with big hands, they wear big gloves! lol

Glad you got a delivery window. Mine just says “by 7:00”. 😳 I’m afraid to move away from sight of the front door. I just know they’ll come when I have to go to the bathroom or something lol.
