I preordered my Ultra 3 on Tuesday, so I am hoping mine gets changed to that soon. My PM Orange sadly shows the odd 9/25 lol

apples whole system is glitched today I went to look at the upgrade program tab just for the kick of it it says something went wrong but when I search it and click check eligibility it says pending

Same here. Ordered 2 phones PRO MAX orange and silver at 5:01. Don’t think I've could've ordered any faster. 9/25 delivery date. No charges so far. On the T Mobile website you can still pre order for launch day. Hoping it’s a glitch on the apple end.

I had the same for an Air 1TB. Just reordered and got 09/19. I canceled the 09/25 order.

The Air I ordered (Cloud White 1TB) is still showing 9/19 delivery. All ultra blue Pros (not Max) are showing 9/19 too at the moment.

Many of us. I think it's a glitch that affected people, especially IUP members, who placed their orders right when the Apple Store opened. People who place their orders a bit later got launch day delivery and ISPU option. I sent an email to Tim Cook (tcook@apple.com) and got a call from someone on his exec team who said he would investigate and try to fix it. I suggest others in the same boat do the same so we have some strength in numbers.

Good idea, better to call it earlier just in case it "ships" and then can't be cancelled anymore.

My silicone case arrived YESTERDAY and its just sitting on my desk, taunting me.

Now that the dust has settled I'm wondering if we can all agree this year's pre-order experience was not as smooth as previous years. The problem I ran into was in store pickup was 'unavailable' for every iPhone, so I had to re-order 5-10 minutes later when in store pickup suddenly started working. I saw a ton of people reporting their Pro orders all say 9/25 even though they ordered super quickly -- I'd like to believe a significant chunk of these orders will get pulled up to release day.

Mine was the smoothest ever (and I upgrade every year). I checked out at 8:02, and got my confirmation e-mail at 8:03. I chose in-store pickup on 9/19. I'm sorry to hear that others had issues.

No. This line on my family plan is upgrade eligible. It is showing 9/19 delivery date right now. Just curious if worthwhile to cancel and reorder. And can that be done right after canceling the first order?
