Mines the same. Although my 256g Silver Max shipped already. Both ordered at the same time!
If I remember from a few years ago, us LA people got our shipping confirmations last.
This is nerve wrecking waiting for the email to say it’s been shipped. It’s going to be a long F’ing week lol

I have not, unfortunately. iPhone launches are the only time I can't wait for money to leave my account.
So I got a confirmation email almost immediately after I placed my order on Friday but just now I got a text message saying my order was received on 9/17 and I’ll get a text message when my order ships. Has that happened to anyone else? Does that mean I should expect mine to be shipping soon?

I ordered a 64gb Xs Gold with 9/21 shipment and a 64gb Max Space Gray 10/03 shipment. I’m a new customer as well and they shipped my Xs today. Haven’t been charged for the Max so don’t worry you’ll get your silver in time!
Just got charged to my AMEX for the taxes and BS upgrade fee (which I’m getting credited back). 64gb space gray Xs Max ordered about 1:04AM on the 14th.
Agreed it’s a chump move to order each model to “try” them out when after all is said and done they put s case on it lol #FirstWorldProblems
This kinda happened to me last year it was my first year upgrading online so I called anyway to check on my order and the guy canceled it I was pushed back to almost December but they bumped me back up to the front of the line and I got my phone on launch day as long as the request is approved you will get it that day

Just checked Apple Pay transaction history and see that the Verizon charge from around 1/2 hour ago was Declined. I had a feeling that paying with Apple Pay was a bad idea...Waiting for e-mail from Verizon to change payment methods I guess.

I am sure you are on the phone now but this has happened to other on here too. I also used Apple Pay just waiting to get declined like everyone else.
Not on the phone -- I don't like to call or chat about preorders because I'm always afraid they'll cancel them.
I got the e-mail from Verizon exactly 30 minutes after the declined Apple Pay charge. Entered the same credit card as through Apple Pay and it went through. It seems like Verizon shouldn't take Apple Pay on preorders if they can't properly put the charge through after the fact.
I saw one earlier mention that their shipping date got moved from October 3 to Sept 21
I just ordered yesterday (64gb silver XS) about 2pm and mine has supposedly shipped already. There’s a tracking number when I check it in my account, but it doesn’t show in the FedEx system yet nor did I receive an email. Not worried though, I do this every year
