I haven't been charge either and I ordered 2 iPhones. One of my iPhones doesn't even have a date I should received it. I wonder why?
My watch has NOT been charged or processed. I started a thread for the Apple Watch ordered thru

My sons XS max was charged yesterday and shipped with tracking number.
First time I have ever preodered before. I wanted to wake at 2am CST but over slept by and hour so I got up at 3am. Ordered my Xs Max 256 and got an email saying buy the 21st. Looking at the site it says processing but the app says pending. The app also says it will ship when available. I hope I get it by the 21st. Would be a perfect end to the week and an awesome birthday present.
Same here, confirmation email received at 3:07am CST. 2 XS Max Space Gray and both says delivery by the 21st. No card has been charged and no changes either. Hopefully soon.
Have to get it day 1 to start critiquing and complaining
I ordered on the VZW App with Apple Pay and mine shows processing with estimated ship by Sep 21,2018 on the app and on the website. My email receipts says deliver by 21 Sep. Haven't been charged yet either.

Same here. I ordered two Xs Max phones, one as an upgrade and one as a new line to take advantage of the BOGO deal. The upgrade phone got a ship date early Sunday morning, later that day it was invoiced (meaning a receipt was generated) and yesterday morning (Monday) I got a tracking number on My Verizon followed by a shipment email that evening. The second phone never showed a date or anything, but is 'Processing'. It has been Processing since I ordered it, probably due to the fact that I had the taxes and fees charged to the bill for both phones.
Also worth noting that the phone that shipped (Max, 512, SG) is going to California and my phone (Max, 256, Silver) is coming to Arizona. My phone was also added after the fact (about an hour later by telesales) because I was debating on what phone to get.
Verizon reps have been no help, saying things ranging from 'it will ship 9/21 and is taking longer to process since it's a new line' to 'you won't get a tracking number at all because it's a new line and it won't show any info on the account until the line is added, which won't happen until you activate the phone'. Luckily I was able to contact the rep who placed the order since she gave me her personal cell, and she confirmed that it's expected to deliver 9/21 but they're waiting on more shipments from Apple of certain models. I should be receiving an email in 24-48 hours, saying it's shipped or it's delayed because of unavailability.

Cant speak for everyone else, but Im just super impatient lol. I feel the same way about amazon packages, even if I order something stupid like coffee pods- I’ll check the tracking all day lol
Not necessarily. One phone I ordered didn't ship until the ship date was added, the other has never had a ship date.
It probably won't work out for me because I got the same error message last night. I ran over to Verizon to just pay the stupid thing in cash and the guy in there had no idea how to accept payment....I have to go back after work and see if he figured out how to do it. I guess no new phone or watch on launch day for me this year! I have to accept it.
I’m in the same boat as you are. Processing on website but pending in app. Email says Friday as deliver by date but the website and app now say Friday is the ship date. (The reps say my phone will be shipped on Friday and arrive on Monday or something but according to many people in this post there’s not much to worry about cos reps don’t know sh*t)
The part that worries me now is the Apple Pay thing. Haven’t received a payment decline email. But the charge hasn’t shown up in either Wallet or BoA. My wallet app doesn’t even have this transaction at all in the “Past Transactions” section. Kinda worried!
So I upgraded 2 of my lines out of 3 and added a new line to get the bogo deal. The new line phones already shipped and I got the email and text this morning but the other 2 lines did not move yet. They were ordered all together at 12:01 on Friday. Does that mean those will ship latter ?
I know this whole post is such a first-world problem thing and I feel you. However, for me personally, it’s all just part of the experience. Will I die if I don’t have my phone on Friday? No, of course not. But staying up at 3 (I’m on east coast) to order phone on congested websites, anxiously waiting for your phone, and talking online about who’s got their phone shipped and whatnot, it’s all part of the fun. Granted to an outsider (such as my friends and family) they’re like “you crazy”. And on some level I agree with them. That being said, I think we all have something that we obsess with that don’t make sense to everyone, innit?
Also, keep in mind that although this "getting phone asap" thing sounds really important to everyone here, truth is it's not as important as they make it sound. People exaggerate quite a bit, but it's not like we're waiting for a family member to come out of a heart surgery. (I can't speak for everyone but I hope that is true)
So really, we're just nerdgasming for this new shiny toy by Apple.

Same with me. I remember when I first did the transaction, it said that I won't be charged until it actually ships, however, it doesn't say it anywhere on the receipt or the app.
Same for me. I see no update at all. Very frustrating as I ordered at 445 Am on Friday smh
Has anyone had any variant in Silver ship? I'm seeing a lot of Gold and Space Gray, but no Silver shipping.
