I ordered around the same time. 64gb max and I was charged early this morning and just got tracking information
Curious for California buyers only. Anyone have any updates? I think the last time I did a pre-order with Verizon, California was the last group. Just wondering...

I ordered 256GB Gold Xs Max
Father’s 512GB SG Max shipped yesterday with a delivery date of Friday to the greater LA area. I remember California, specifically LA, always taking the longest. This time though, I’m in Arizona and mine still hasn’t moved.
My sons Xs Max in Gold shipped yesterday - it was ordered at 11:59 on the web by me. I was charged yesterday around 6pm.
You'll need your order number and location code and google Verizon check my order status.
I'm on a business account as well and I was actually able to create an account and log in. I could only see my data and can't change anything but under devices it shows your orders
I got the email last night about a payment processing error so I updated the credit card through the link in the email and it took. My statement shows the charge now and my order says in process check back later but doesn't show a delivery date anymore (orig. date was 9/21). This seems to be normal so I'm not freaking out (too much).
Just out of curiosity, did you pay with Apple Pay?

and yeah I used Apple Pay and no charge on my account yet. I do show my charge pending on my Wallet app.I didn't. Having my phone shipped to my in-laws because we will be there this weekend so the order pulled their address into my billing address as well (even though I used a stored card on my VZW account) so the mis-matching ZIP probably caused it to bounce back.
I ordered 2 XS Maxs at 2am preorder morning (256 silver and 256 space grey). One phone was an upgrade and the other phone was BOGO on a new line. I used Apple Pay.
Was notified Sunday night in 2 separate emails that my payments failed. Went into first order and tried to use my visa but payment failed. Then able to use my Amex. Visa flagged it as possible fraud. Then tried my Amex on the second order and Amex flagged as possible fraud. Finally able to get that to go through as well.
Both phones are listed as shipped and one tracking shows fedex NJ and the other shows fedex Memphis. My Amex has been charged for tax on each transaction.
I guess all the credit card companies were on high alert with Verizon sending out thousands of transactions at the same time.

I am on the phone now with Verizon and she just told me if I haven't received my shipping notice by now it won't ship until after Oct 3rd because they are running out of stock.

Yeah, I think it’s normal for the delivery date to disappear when the order goes into processing mode. That always happens with my order once the payment is taken.

I would call and talk to another rep. It's amazing how you will get different answers from each one
I am still on the phone I ask to speak to her supervisor who now in looking into.
